Introduce a drop time as well. Calling us in the middle of the day to ask for time when to drop the clothes isn't acceptable. We have other work to do and hence why we use your service. Introduce Online payment options. Most of the time your delivery guys don't tender the exact change despite me paying for the delivery. Delivery guy got the wrong set of clothes today and didn't give an exact time as to when he will come back with it again. Nor did he confirm the presence of my clothes at the shop. Becoming worse as days go by.

Downgraded the stars as even in the time of demonetization they are not accepting online payment or card payment. All the competitors are accepting cards, even the thelawala accepts paytm now. I am not upgrading the stars till they either start accepting cards or online payment. I support indian government.If they can't make their payments online now, they should not have opened their business now.

Booked appointment twice but nobody turned up or even called back. If this is the case for recieving cloths then I wonder what they will do for delivery....

I don't think any detergent is used for washing. My clothes will come back the same way u had sent as if they were just washed with water. Highly disappointed with service coz when u r charging at a rate of more than 50/Kg u should provide some quality service.

Laundry Basket App is good. Including a delivery time slot would be beneficial too. However, the service is the worst. A customer has to struggle for pick up and delivery. I have to follow up always.

In the rate card its written 269+ 15%tax = 310rs for 6.5 kg.....I gave 6.1kg and they charged me 419rs ! Unbelievable!

I've used this service couple of times when I was away from home and really loved the service & got my clothes delivered on time and had never had issues. I wish we've more locations in places like Raja Rajeshwari nagar (I'd have no problem to do business with you here), kammanhalli, bellandur, TC palya, ITPL. Thank you

Don't know whether this app is functional or not. I have tried to log in with 3 different numbers, but no success.

Please think twice before using th service. The service personal does not know how the booking services works, keeps changing his words. One of the most crap service I have ever encountered. I hope owner act on this.

I installed the app to track my order, but the app crashes all the time. I m using Huawei Nexus 6p Android 7.0

This is the second time I gave for laundry basket and there is tremendous improvement. The way they are delivering on time and packing like they have pressed it but they are just folded.

Clothes come back great after a wash. I give them all my formal clothes and have never had a problem with the washing. However, the pick up and delivery service is horrible. They are located about 3 kms away from my house yet the delivery guy never shows up on time. Calling them repeatedly doesn't help so hoping that a bad review will make them improve their service.

Processes are highly mismanaged. The delivery is not guaranteed on time. You might get somebody else's clothes. They lost 3 of my garments and couldn't figure out what happened to my garments for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks they reimbursed peanuts in return since that's what their policy says. They had sent someone else's bedsheets to me and even after informing them they did not care to collect those bedsheets from me. They must have reimbursed peanuts to the bedsheet owner as well. Avoid if you can.

Great service. Quick delivery. I have been using it for past 1 year untill now,when i moved to CVraman nagar. they don't service here. That's a bummer!

I was a regular customer for laundry basket. Initially the service was good but now it is worst.they commit to deliver on someday and they actually deliver two days after and that too I need to call them to ask about the laundry. We will stop giving cloths to them. Thanks for the service so far.

Never ever use this service if you don't want to ruin your clothes for which you spend thousands of bucks!!! I and my roommate used their service one time... when we got back our clothes it felt like all the clothes have been just ironed without washing...on few t shirts there were some weird stains ...dont know how...some of the shirts were still unwashed..did not feel fresh at all...regretting using this service as some of my favourite shirts are ruined

These guys confirmed that their guy will be picking up my clothes between 7-8. Firstly they didn't bother to call. They called around 8 and said that it is not possible, then another guy calls and says he is coming for the pick up I rush from restaurant to my home and on reaching home I give a call to this guy and he says he is not coming. What kind of service these guys are giving? Zero coordination. Operations is just pathetic. I suggest NEVER EVER use this app, unless you want to get frustrated max.

It took almost 2 days to wash 11 clothes. When I tried to call them, they keep on ignoring the call and didn't tell me when they will deliver. After 8 PM on 7th June,2015 Koramangala outlet didn't pick up the call also. So I am opting for other laundry services from next time. My order id was 13925.

I have placed order twice , message came saying the clothes will be collected as per scheduled time . then there was no response. Very bad

They collect cloths on time and deliver on time . Laundry in safe hands.It is machine wash service and a little bit expensive. Staff's behaviour is good in particular 'Ravi's'.An extra star because of him.

I honestly love laundry basket. Me being a working women, staying alone and far from my parents, laundry basket has made my life easier. I hardly get time to clean and work at home. Laundry basket service is really good. I have been waiting for ur app which finally came out but only for android and I was using iPhone. So I got android phone today. :)

To pick up clothes from 10 kms away its 50 to pick up clothes from within Kumaraswamy Layout is also Rs.50 extra! No matter how much bleach or fabric softener you add the washing is extremely bad. Not giving my clothes to them again.
