Site Reporter-2017

Site Reporter 2017 is an easy tool available for reporting physical site conditions in simple Steps. The report will have pictures taken from the physical site with a description about the site and picture in it. Editing of the picture can be done in very easy steps on any android phone. All the pictures and comments under the picture and text/marking over the picture will be converted to a pdf document which is directly send as an email attachment.

This app can be used in all construction related reporting. For example, if you are a contractor, building a school, the daily progress can be reported with this by just taking picture of the site condition, edit the picture with marking inside, insert text in the picture, focus the important areas and add your comments below the picture as an information. Each picture will be displayed in the report as one page, with comments and page title etc. File pictures like design pictures also used in this report, by selecting from Gallery.
With the "End Report" the entire pictures and comments are converted in pdf format automatically and ready to be mailed to any email format from the mobile itself.

These are the steps to do the reports.
• Select “New Report” to create a new site report.
• Select “View Report” to see the existing reports in app format or Pdf format
• Select help to get this help details
New Repot button Selected
• Enter the Report Name
• Enter the date or default is today
• Enter location
• Enter the name of the reporting or inspection personnel.
• Click Next
Insert/ Select Photograph
• Click the location photo
• Enter page title
• Click edit pen to edit the photos
• Use brush to mark on the picture.
• Use text “T” to write on top of the picture.
• Write comments under the picture.
Add More Pages to Report
• Click Next Page
• Enter page title
• Take Photo/Select from Gallery
• Repeat earlier steps
• Insert comments at the bottom of the Picture,
Click “Next Page” to add more pages to report
• Click “Next Page”
• Enter page title
• Take Photo/Select from Gallery
• Select Gallery
• Choose from the file location.
• Edit as before

Finalize Report
Click “End Report
Select “√” to keep the report in mobile in two formats, App format and Pdf format, for future use.

Click email symbol to send the report in pdf format to any email.

Email application in mobile opens, enter receivers’ email address and send. The receivers will get a pdf document with first page report title and other details and following pages with pictures and comments.
