1. The biggest issue is logging in every time, it's very irritating and inconvenient 2. The interface and design is very out of date, it could have a much nicer look to it. 3. The browsing setup could be designed a lot better, I'd really like to browse through artists and performers. 4. I would be willing to pay for the app if it was better, I'm a college student studying music and this has been a useful tool for me despite these issues, I'd really like to see the quality of this app improve.

But the app needs a complete overhaul. The interface is horrendous. Any other implementation would be better. It keeps closing when you use another app. I like to read and listen to classical music but I can't because the app keeps closing. I don't have this problem with any other music player.

The app is plain unusable, it keeps crashing and hanging. Playback gets stuck after a few seconds. It's a pity, because the website is excellent.

I enjoy this app but have been having difficulty logging into it, while I am able to use my codes the website with ease. A great tool for my piano students after purchading an institutional license last September.

Great selection of music, but possibly the buggiest "stable" app I've used. Randomly closes, always logging me out, sometimes can't even scroll though results, inconsistent playback controls. Just use the website.

Hello! The design is quite nice in terms of the colors but could use some more polish. As a request, I'd like to mention that it would be fantastic to include chromecast support so that I can control everything via my phone and listen to the music on my stereo.

NML is one of the best things around internet and it needs more than crashing app with bad searching.

Has crash issues, mostly in power saving mode. Had to delete and reinstall to get it to open today.

Most wonderful music but app is poor, need to log in again for no reason, can't purchase via app, can only save via playlist.

I haven't had many problems with this app, except that if my music is paused and I get a notification it begins playing again after my ringtone has finished. Not the worst problem it could have, but I've gotten some interesting looks recently.

But the app has a Iot of work left to be done, mainly the interface. My biggest complaint would be the lack of sharing when I like something. I'm talking about sending a link in email for example. We should also be able to save our fav albums to play in the future, the existing playlist is the worst implementation I could think of and it seems to only work for individual pieces rather than albums.

The app crashes frequently. Fortunately, it usually picks up at the same track I was listening to, but this usually takes a while, sometimes up to 10 seconds. Also, even after closing the app, it shows up in the now playing section on my lockscreen.

Fabulous collection of classics, but the Android app is unstable and has a clumsy user interface. Since I cannot give 2.5 stars, I make it 3.

It's good but, on recitatives on messiah and any 'less prominent' parts of operas (like dialogue) it was like it just hadn't been recorded in any of them, as it always said "no connection could be found, try again later" - very annoying as you end up missing out on half an opera if u have this problem can you let them know customer support know then they might do something aboutbit

I love the fact that there are so many pieces of music on here, but the app is buggy. It likes to pretend I'm not logged in when I'm listening in the background; the CD covers stay up when I've turned off the app; and the app could really use a prompt when the internet is down, rather than perpetually loading. Also, certain features from the website are missing: searching by composer/artist/genre, and checking my own playlists that I created on the computer.

I signed up and it took two of my email addresses for "verification" and I never got an email at either account so I can't log in to the app.

Most apps require a one-time initial sign in, but NML often sends me back to the sign in screen after leaving the app and coming back. It also occasionally sends me to the "recent additions" list in between tracks.

Could use a better search engine. Beed easier filterinn on composers and artists.

Great product, frustrating frequent crashes

Used this app on my Note 4 (Android 5.0.1) and it seems to work flawlessly. I used it to search for some music, played tracks for about an hour, and then successfully quit the app on my phone so it wasn't running. Music quality was excellent.

Frequently crashes and asks to log in again. It always stops when I lock the phone, when it's screen goes black or when I'm in another app. It asks to log in again and the app doesn't allow it. The only way to make it work again is to force stop it and try again. Is very annoying to use and the user interface is poorly designed.

Signs out after about ten seconds of music.

Very good when it works, but frequently crashes, and signs me out; also, after enough times it says ive reached maximum sign ins on my account

App is great but is always so slow on my device.

The new app is a disaster. It keeps crashing and loads incredibly slow compared to the old one. Sort it out please.

I used to be able to multitask while listening to music on NML, but whenever I go into another app, NML shuts down now. Please sort this out.

Installed update this morning and got the sweetest classics just like before. Hope this works from now on. Thanks Naxos! - from Samsung Galaxy S4.

Did not work on Google Nexus 7. Update 3 February 2015: after installing the version released today, the top menu now works and the app is usable. Search, Recent Additions and Playlists are all available and work. Now looking forward to seeing the additional features that the web version has (e.g. composer and label selection)

After last update couldn't login, but then changed my password via website and it works again.

Awesome, I love being able to create playlists from within the app! It would be pretty cool if with a future update we could read the program notes for each album

It won't store my login info so I have to reenter it each time. And it's hard to get my playlists to open. Other than that, it's okay.

Lack of menus

Also stuck in a logon loop! I needed this for class and naxos let me down. I have no internet but I do have a smartphone. I hope you can fix this quickly!

People paid for subscription to listen to your library! This is how you repay them by such rubbish app that can't even open properly ? Shame on Naxos !!!!!!
