I ordered 3 veg thali at 10:04 pm and selected COD. After not receiving any call from support team, I called them up at around 10:34 pm and the support conveyed that the order is on the way and it will be delivered in 15 mins. At around 10:50 pm I again called and to my surprise, they told that due to some technical issue the order was not taken and they will deliver it in 15 mins. It's now more than an hour and there is no news of delivery. All in all a hopeless service and false commitments.

Don't even try to order. You will end up waiting but the order won't come. App has a lot of bugs and ambiguities. Even the people in their call center are not sane. I waited for 70 minutes under the assumption that order is about to get delivered only to make a fool of myself that the order didn't happen in the first place!

Worst customer service. This app accepts order for closed DCK outlets also and when u call them after waiting for 1 hr, they will tell u that your order is cancelled.
