You can manage pretty much every bit of your account on this app, love that they finally added Fingerprint Authentication support for my phone. The app does have issues logging in sometimes, telling me my account was locked even though I can log in from mobile web.

Overall, its a good app but i think it could use a few things. 1. The picture of the head beside member's names should be changed to allow members to put pictures of themselves in its place so they know it's their login page by seeing their name and their face. 2. Having the navy federal messaging system that is on navy federal online within the app itself would be a great feature. 3. Something useful the navy federal app could have is somewhere in the 'Contact Area' of the app, there could be a box or somethings that shows the wait time to speak with a member representative. 4. The app itself could use a little bit of a modern update. I mean keep everything just make it look different/new.

It's FORCING me to add security questions which mostly consist of college related material. I didn't go to college and I'm offended. I'm not giving two stars bc I'm offended however. I'm giving two stars bc I can't log in bc of this and the creators of this app need to be more sensitive. Also, to the creators, didn't your teachers teach you the proper definition of "periodically?"

This app is great. However, starting just this week I cannot submit online deposits. I've been submitting them for years now. When I get to the review screen I hit submit and it gives me an error that it "cannot connect to my account please try again." Possible issue with Android OS update. Tried reinstalling app, rebooting the phone, etc. I'm using LG Nexus 5x. Please fix!!!!

Once I get LOGGED in.... it's GREAT! But I get notifications of invalid login attempts and that my login is BLOCKED, EVERY SINGLE DAY. And I don't actually try to login every day. Yet, I still get blocked.

I gave it 3 stars because while i like banking with Navy Federal, the app or their servers have not been working properly. Connecting to my accounts is hit or miss. Once everything is working properly again, i will give it more stars.

The eDeposit feature is really bad. I've try to Deposit my check many times but it never goes through because it always comes out blurry. I've tried deleting the app and re-installing it but it doesn't make a difference. The app just won't focus properly. (I've made sure it wasn't my phone. I even got a new phone. And they both took great pictures. It's the app) Please fix it bc I can't cash those checks anywhere else after I write "for eDeposit Only at NFCU!!"

Every since I've updated the app, I've had issues logging in. 90% of the time, it gives me an error message that says "looks like there's an. Unexpected error with the app, please try again". And so...I try again (and again) and receive the same error message. ... And I've read the previously posted comments. I don't have the fingerprint option--how do I get that?

It's an excellent app and I have 0 problems with it when it wants to work...ever since this new update I can't log in and I get the "unable to connect" try again error every time I try to use the app...ill fix my star rating when this problem is fixed

The app has gotten really buggy over the last year. One minute its working, you try signing in an hour later, there's an error message. Now I can't even transfer money on the app. I have to keep going to the website. I might as well delete the app and make a bookmark for the site.

Navy Fed makes is so easy us members. I can't live without them. Very inovative. I use the mobile deposit all the time. I hardly go in to the branch. Update... Omg my fingerprint scanner works to unlock my account. What more can I ask for? Update 7/12.. Omg I love the new features. You were right Navy you needed double digits for this update. I can see all the credit cards I am authorized on. Love all the new features with mobile deposit and my fico score. This is why I bank with Navy. Innovative credit union that puts customer service first.

The only things I find missing is the ability to use POP Money transfer and the ability to see both checking an MMS in "quick view". It has everything from "quick view", to your FICO if you have a credit card. It also has some self service features...AWESOME!

Navy Federal has always been super quick to respond to and fix any problems that my arise. Not only that, but they strive to improve the app experience all the time. Almost makes going into the actual bank not necessary!

Does anyone have problems with the mobile check deposit feature? My check images are extremely blurry and do not show colors or features after I scan them with perfect lighting.

Please fix this application. I reinstalled it and it still does not work. When I try to sign in I'm getting "unexpected error please try again". I have uninstalled and reinstalled this application and I'm still getting the same error. This is a big inconvenience.

Can't even log in. First it gave me no option to use pin code and Every time I type my user name the letters produce extra letters.for example I type a *y* then *a* but the *a* produces a *ya* so the whole thing looks like *yya* this thing is completely unusable to me.

Glitch 5.10.1 - checking account view does not show payments properly. They just disappear from view and balance does not include them. Very bad. And customer service says it is normal! Very bad service.

Love Navy Federal, and all the functionalities of the app, HOWEVER I run a business and use the app several times throughout each day and it has gone from usually 1 day a week of downtime to now on average 3 times a week I am unable to access my accounts. If it doesn't work nearly all the time, it just about useless Navy Fed.

I love this app so much; it makes it incredibly easy to manage all of my accounts and money. I do have one suggestion though: PLEASE ADD A PLACE WHERE YOU CAN WRITE A MEMO FOR EACH TRANSFER MADE BETWEEN ACCOUNTS! My banking apps in the past with other Banks have had this feature, and it makes it so much easier to keep track of my transactions. But a great app! Love that you can check your credit score... That's an amazing new feature.

I love Navy Federal, but with these recent updates this app never seems to "have access to accounts", both the app and the website have been constantly down with the recent changes which is very inconvenient, especially if you really need to check on something in that moment, hopefully this can get fixed and goes back to being one of the best apps out there!

I have been with navy federal for over 5 years. I live in chicago and there are no branches here and yet there is nothing that i cant do over the phone in less then 5 min. It feels like you have the branch itself in your phone.

The camera on my Samsung J7 will not focus on the check in order to do deposits. This was the only way in the app to contact the developer.

When I try to capture a picture of a check, the app doesn't save the image. It snaps the picture, but won't go back to the previous screen, and when I force it to return to the previous screen, it doesn't save the image.

So it tells me to write "For deposit only at NFCU" on the checks and then there is a "technical difficulty" and it can't deposit. Now what do I do with these checks???

I love the app in general, but I always have a problem when trying to "capture" pics of business-sized (large) checks for mobile deposits. I usually have to take them to the branch to deposit them.
