Accelerator™ Write-up for Android
Accelerator seems to be working good. I would like to see the ability to pull a health report without having to do a full right up.
Lots of progress. Keep it up.
This waste way more time than is needed. Slow to connect, hardly ever wants to upload. You have to disconnect from internet wifi to connect with adaptor than re connect with wifi to send report. Shouldn't be required to have a signiture when unit is towed in with no one to sign. Also feel photos should be an option and not required wasting more time. If its main purpose was for health reports there was nothing wrong with our orignal health reports.
Product slows down write up times and does not make write ups more efficient. Will not populate health report.does not give you the option to print reports from app. You will have to do everything you had to do before and then some.
We are constantly having problems with the app. Even when it works it takes about 5 minutes to connect to the truck. It usually takes several attempts to submit a report. It doesn't work with our business system, so everything has to be done twice. Our service writers hate it and only use it because they are forced to.
If I see will not submit contact it support one more time I'm throwing this across my lot!

Once set up, able to do health reports and write ups. Does a good job for the first app of it's kind.
Was very frustrated when first started using but after I learned a few things and tried a few things on my own with it .... it seems to work fine for me. The new updates have helped tremendously. For those getting started with it I would recommend shutting it down at end of day. Reson being is because when I do that it does not loose the WiFi or on command connection the next day when I turn it on and sign into Navistar. This has made life a lot easier for me when I do this.

Working with the accelerator from the day it was launched I have seen it come a very long way. From day one it has made the write up process a better experience. As many new apps have their issues, Navistar has done a great job at updating and fixing found issues in a very timely manner. This process helps improve the write up and the repair process as it ensures the complaint for service is recorded properly and professionally. Customers have really enjoyed the new process as well. I think this app is not only beneficial with the customer-service advisor interview but with the overall experience at the dealership.
