Saw how many were having problems so waited until today to upgrade and then... guess what - it wouldn't even start on my LG G4. Had to uninstall completely then fully install to get it working, losing all favourites in the process. Not impressed.

I used app for several years and it was great, recently it just stopped to work, it shows only black screen, that was on Galaxy S7, now I use One Plus 3T and app still doesn't work, it shows just black screen. That is not acceptable for paid app. I paid for app, for map updates, I bought HUD and all money went to trash. Two stars only because it was very good in past. I got very fast response from support team and my problem solved now!

The app interferes with the BT handfree kit which makes it unusable. I was satisfied with this app for years now it disables my phone. I have an app I payed for which I can't use. Very poor perfomance on this side

Navigation good. New interface needs getting used to. 'Paste' feature is missing (copy adress from website now not possible to 'paste' into search - before update to new interface version it was possible) on Android phone.

I used this app several years ago and thinking the experience will be the same I decided to buy and use it on my trip, but guess what. Without Internet is pretty useless. Also speed cameras module is rubbish. I paid about 50 euros and no email reply + no refund yet and all this while I am abroad in a foreign country. Thank you Garmin! I am testing another 2 GPS apps and both are behaving way better. If you want to throw away money here is your chance, otherwise there are tons of better options!!

Have use this App on several phones since 2012. Just got a new Android 7 phone and installed it on this. Now I just get "An error has occurred". It still worked fine on my old Andriod 6.01 phone. Please fix.

Great convenience of having one device that does it all. Seldom crashes. Only 2 issues I have is with phone calls and battery life. It'ld be cool if it would automagically minimize the phone caller screen and immediately show the Navigon screen when you receive a call (might be something that I can adjust in the Navigon settings, so will have to check further). Also seems to hog battery life In the mean time, I guess that I'll probably just have to go manual and switch screens back to Navigon while in the call. Traffic function seems to reroute well, as well. Otherwise near perfect for me and the LG G3. Wish that there was a way to easily put in map updates, like on Waze and that this would come up on my Android Auto on my Honda CR-V like it did last year on a rental Chevy Malibu (I was given the option of which GPS to use, Google Maps or Navigon, which is no longer the case, as Maps is now the only chooice). That would be sweet! Hell! I'd even pay for it!

Do not buy. You're better off buying a proper sat nav or learning to use one of the free apps. If you really want one, seriously just go to Tesco and get a cheap sat nav, you'd be much better off. Navigon uses 'here maps' which is awful. I live in central Manchester and the roads in the city cetre are out of date. I shudder to think what it'd be like elsewhere! Also if you try and point it out online, Navigon fob you off and send you to Hear Maps who want you to draw exactly where its wrong - ridiculous for a service you have to pay for!!!! Nightmare. There are also loads of extras that you have to pay for. Its an awful service with out-dated maps dressed up as a premium quality app. Save your money and AVOID.

I have been using the app for years and it was great. New update is buggy. After exiting app it stays on in the background and uses a lot of the battery power. Where are the favorites gone?

Typical German IT-Telecommunication and Software industry. CRAP...Really CRAP...waste of 100 euro that I paid. When your phone is horizontal position you cannot see address suggestion menu so you have to type letter by letter particularly if you are abroad. in early version Home Screen was quite okay with big icons but after reinstalling it has become hidden in the options .... God knows how uncomfortable and stressful it becomes when you notice that you have to correct your address _for example if the parking you chose is full and you wanna go for the next one_ without being shootout of the app.

Frankly, this is a pain. With every new release you force me to reload all the system files. Each time few gb of data.But what is even worse, if I do not notice, and i go outside and suddenly need navigation, and I cannot use it because a day before there was upgrade of app ... I paid quite a lot of money for this thing, and if I would be before the decision again, I would look for other navigation software!

The previous version was better. The updates make it less user friendly. An annoying feature of the upgrade is that it stays open in the background, using up your battery, unless you manually close it and that is after you have already confirmed exit of the app. It still gets you there but not as easily.

I bought this a few years ago and it has been Ok, not brilliant, but OK. in the last couple of months I have found myself away from a wifi link wanting to use it and was told I had to download maps with no way offered to still use the app until wifi available. Since these DLs are in the order of gb this meant the app was useless at times when I needed it. Furious when this happened and one time literally left me stranded. and Kinda shocked at how stupid this app is now.

Was very pleased with the app for years. Have paid full price for both US and Europe version. Now it does not work anymore. Claims it cannot get connection even if all other apps and Internet is switched on and working perfectly. Bought the app and download the maps to be able to use it offline. I do not need a connection to use it, and do not want to connect to the network to use it.
