I installed navigon australia and downloaded Australian maps but it has no options when I try to find an Australian destination. The welcome email from Google Play has a link called Garmin which doesn't take me to Garmin. The registration email notification from Navigon had no link or contact email for customer support. The website is in Gernan. I will try to get a refund if I can.

Why can't this paid app do the work of free apps? Where is the "last destination" or favourites? Why it won't predict or suggest address while typing? I have to type in almost the whole address, where is with Google i start typing and it shows me the address instantly. It's not intuitive even tho it's using data. I lost $40..

Does not work with Garmin fenix 3 watch. Watch says it is connected to Galaxy S7 phone but no info is sent to watch. Problem with app as other apps work with the fenix 3 watch.

I spent actual money buying this app, only to have it tell me that the "usage period has expired". It also seems to be using a large amount of space on my SD card to store the maps offline but when I try to enter a destination it tells me to check my internet connection. This app used to be great when it was bundled with Samsung phones but it seems to have gone severely down hill.

I am a road courier and this app works well in the cities but is terrible for rural areas and consistently trys to send me through private property and down roads that simply dont exist i paid for the constant update and this app and have given it a significant workout over the past month or so but it is ineffective for what i need please refund

Worked perfect for years but after last update I got a black screen. I use Samsung Galaxy S6 edge plus that is up to date. Update: I got detailed instructions from support for reinstall and I had to manually delete files. I lost all my favourites but the app works fine again. Please make future updates simpler.

Version 5.8.0 require you to uninstall 5.7.1 and delete the old NAVIGON map directory. Otherwise you'll be presented with a black screen at start. Why is that the program does not clean itself up before enabling and downloading the new map?

I haven't had any problem. It took us different ways, agreed! However, we got to our destinations without getting lost. Also, they got the GPS going where others wouldn't connect. So far I have one request. Try to get us to the place, we want to go, as straight forward as possible.

Once I would have said Navigon was the best GPS app on Android but not anymore. When it picks routes which are 150km longer than Google Maps you know it's time to give up.

I've tried many navigation apps, some with nice features, but you can't consistently count on them. That is, they might work well on one or two trips, then totally lose it at a key point in the next one. While Navigon has it's own issues (that I plan to let the developer know about), and sometimes gets muddled, it's usually only in passing, not all through certain sections of the trip (Google maps included). The money I spent on this app was worth it - though it does still need to improve.

It does not work!!! I downloaded the maps i needed (Australia), it worked first time then second time i tried to use it, it wanted to download the maps of Australia again which was 672mb. What a joke!! Do not buy!!!!!!!!

DOES NOT WORK! The Samsung S III version, upon opening the map the screen glitches displaying the title 'GPS' letting the only thing you can do is press the 'back' and 'options' tab. Also only displaying NEW ZEALAND towns, not AUSTRALIAN. Please fix!
