Excellent app. Thank you for google search. Easy to search, easy to upgrade, not expensive, beautiful interface, multi languages, no data need, sound clear and free map. Buy safety camera, live parking, voice Are nothing because the application is good. Thank you so much. But please, next update add (TTS support for streets names) because there is no streets names and edit to correct address are very important. Thanks again.

I'm amazed how great this app is. I've recommended it to a lot of people already. Only had a few issues where the app couldn't find an address (residential), but you can use a small amount of data to do a quick search for the gps coordinates and then simply turn your data back off (or better yet just WiFi at home). I'd recommend a charging cable while driving, cause it will drain your battery, not that that's unexpected though. The voice is also clear, and pronounces street names well. Overall great app.

Great so far will pay for add free and speed camera's if it proves to be as good as it seems. Installed camera's does not work contacted support no reply will contact PayPal to get refund. Why do all of these software companies have crap support?

Greatest free offline gps navigator ever. I prefer the old navfree over navmii because I think it looks better. Only problem last device I installed it on show only chinese words, and I have no idea how to even start it... Can you please fix?

Used on holiday in Portugal. Directions were occasionally misleading but Google Nav seemed to have similar issues. Fairly easy to use and very clear graphics. Being data free was a real bonus and not so heavy on the battery either. Will use it back in UK and see how it goes.

Have loaded it three times. Each time it shows only Chinese characters - which I cannot read. I've contacted them several times but no help or response. Don't waste your time.

Hi ppl PLEASE dont purchase any upgrades with this Mob, soon as you do it reloads in JAPANESE OR CHINESE.. deeming the app TOTALLY USELESS.. AS FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT.. WHAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT..IT DOESN'T SEEM TO EXIST... I paid for options with this app.. however its COMPLETELY UN USABLE as it opens in JAPANESE OR CHINESE... VERRY DISAPPOINTED... SO DO NOT BUY OPTIONS ON THIS APP AS YOU AS I WILL BE THROWING MONEY AWAY..

Good app overall with comprehensive voice guidance and clear mapping. I paid for the safety cameras warning facility, but no warnings so far! Only slight downside is that when road speed limits change it often takes quite a while for the app speed limit display to catch up. With Map Factor it was instantaneous. Generally, though, a very satisfactory navigation aid.

Works really well most of the time, that's why I have given it 3 stars but refuses to calculate some routes where as another app works fine. Get this sorted and they'll have a decent product but at the moment it cannot be relied upon.

Wanted to try but will not download maps so can't. Been like this for over a week so doesn't look like it's supported very well either. Very disappointing.

Despite having a very powerful smartphone and fast broadband, 2 hours after setting the download for UK map's it had managed 4.3mb!!! So not impressed. Is rhere a glitch on the app? Uninstalling.

Great app and easy to use. Been having a few issues recently. If I start my journey near the coast, it comes up with cannot find route. Similar issue when i got the update for navmii

Unreliable, not accurate enough. Been using for my job. Trys taking you down one ways, restricted roads etc. Takes obscure options when far more logical ways available. Hate it, deleting.

Doesn't work on nougat. Installed and open the app, only to see garbage test and a grey screen. Reinstalled many times, and its still the same. I used to love this app, but not anymore

Excellent app! We used the offline maps to travel all across Ireland and didn't have any problem. The interface isn't the best but you get used to it and I recommend it to anyone. Rated 5*!

paid for speed cameras £3 and nothing what a total rip off. how can you let things like this happen? Im starting to dislike google. Navfree gps is just making money by ripping people off. This is stealing. I have downloaded and is save but will not show or warn about speed cameras . Am i going to get them or not?. Developer asked if download i said yes then no reply

I had to reset my s4mini a few months ago. The app updated to the new version navme, but it diddnt work. They put the old version back on play store and it still diddnt work, I went back to google maps which I dont like. I tried to install navfree again and now it works, happy days!

I paid for speed camera warnings which didn't work. Emailed them multiple times with an identical response from the same 'person' each time. I suspect it is simply an automated reply. No offer to help and no refund. Good map 'as is' but don't waste your money paying for extras...

Very good for a free navigation app for your Android phone. Sometimes can be a bit slow. Plus you need to pay for the important add ons such as speed cameras, which I think is wrong apart from that it's good

I don't usually take the time to review apps but this app has surpassed my expectations. I have just had a 2 week holiday in Florida. I put this app on my phone (Nexus 4) and downloaded the Florida map before going. Once there I disabled my mobile data & roaming on the phone so as to not incur charges for data usage and the like. Used the hotel wifi to help search out destinations ie, Disney, Sea Word and Busch Gardens, added them to favourites, switched of the wifi, & off we went. Absolutely BRILLIANT APP. Worked a treat, did not put us wrong once in over 250 miles and NO data usage. This has made this driving holiday the stress less I have ever had. 10 out of 10.

Terrific free app, essential alternative to Google maps if you don't have data. Doesn't work on all phones as the cheap Chinese mobiles have very poor GPS. Set your location mode to just gps if it can't get fix.

I have been using navfree since 4 years on my iPhone i have changed to android now I paid £3 for add free and speed camera but it dosent show speed camera . Dissatisfied regarding speed camera be aware while paying for it.

Great app. Only problem is I bought the speed camera upgrade today but it didn't download? Payment was successful bur still nothing. Any ideas please. Plus I had it set to truck mode which I thought would avoid weight limits heights etc but it doesn't. Still no one has got back to me about my safety camera purchase that I paid for and still not received

I used to use this app on my former iPhone 3s and I absolutely loved it ; it helped when I was confused in Switzerland, when I was frustrated to not get my way through France and was totally lost in Mexico. Now that I live in Mexico city and that switched to Android I just expect the same greatness, I'll keep you guys updated

Motorola Defy + Android 2.3. The downloaded maps are outdated and the application is very slow to react on my old smartphone. Navfree needs a faster processor. Application and offline maps are free. GPS is handled properly. Visualisation of map and route are clear. Menus are intuitive. Adds when online, but not obtrusive.

Probably the best free Satnavs app you'll ever need. Swear by it. Some people moan about certain things and it does have a few minor glitches. But it's free!. If you want an all singing all dancing flawless Sat Nav, then buy a Garmin or Tom Tom for several Hundred £££££. Like all electronic gadgets, you have to use your brain as well!

So far so good apart from one minor flaw. When I choose the shortcut to find fuel stations it o ly shows them around the location I am heading too and not where I am. Travelling 250 miles and it shows load of stations at my destination. No good when I'm still 173 miles away!. Fix that and it gets a solid 5 stars

Navmii worked great first week I had it. Then it started crashing everytime I opened it. After a few attempts to reinstall that with no success I downloaded NavFree. It opens with what I'm guessing are Chinese characters and doesn't give any way that I can see to switch to English. I couldn't figure out how to get past the first few screens to even find an English option let alone the maps them selves. Disappointed to say the least.

Travelled from UK to USA on fly drive. Wouldn't have managed without this app. Even found gas stations in deserted areas. Good as any satnav I've used, and free maps for anywhere in the world.

Just love this app, just one of several I use, but this makes driving fun.... With special voices this app makes your journey hilarious with Homer Simpson navigating.... Can't get enough..... 5 star rating....

Tried the app twice. First time it generated a good route but then kept trying to send us on a detour which added an hour to the trip. 2nd time it generated a route through a restricted area and even though we were within a short distance of the destination it was still trying to take us on a roundabout detour.

Paid for the ad free version and speed cameras, installed on new phone and now won't restore my purchases. Emailing support to fix this and they stop replying 25 days ago despite repeated emails from me. Very poor support.

Sometimes there are no voice instructions at critical junctions and at some roundabouts does not give correct exit number - so may be sent in the wrong direction. Often need to ignore voice instructions and follow screen - it will get you there eventually, but the display is difficult to read if you need reading glasses that you cannot wear for driving. Also speed camera warnings don't work. However its deficiencies appear to be little different to other navigation apps.

I paid for adfree, spain safety cameras, homer simpsons voice and a few other things after a while of not using app i download again installed signin with my account i still have all my premium stuff but have ads, making me buy again safety camera, do not have homer simpsons voice and its not letting me restore my purchases!!! Dev please do something about or ill do it my self the legal way!!!!!

Could not get it to work it would not recognise a postcode or address or even pic up where I was on the road. So have deleted it and looking for something better.

In general the app is fairly good. I live in estepona in the province of malaga spain and there are a few routes in estepona and san pedro alcantara that are incorrect, the app tries to send you up a no entry because it is a one way street or the street name is wrong for example in estepona the map says avenida benahavis el paraiso but the correct name is calle azahar and calle de sabinillas is a one way street so to turn left into calle de sabinillas to get to calle azahar is a no entry. but in general apart from a few errors providing you use google search to navigate the app is fairly good. Used this app today to go from la quinta marbella to home in estepona. luckily i new where i was going because if i had been new to the area i would have got very lost. it was directing me to make turns into streets that where not there then it took me into a street that was a no through road. Hopeless. Have tried many of these apps that say accuracy assured sorry but not true back to and stick with google maps as they are spot on every time.

I have use it for years. Unfortunately I noticed recently that navmii application is draining most of my battery even if not started. Hope that developers will fix it. Good luck!

The app gets very confused at complex intersections and asks for a u-turn.The pink lane colour is boring and the animation is choppy. But Kate has a sweet voice.Sweeter than honey.

Paid £3 for speed camera alerts but they don't work. Drove up and down the country but no alerts or cameras. Customer services not been in contact for weeks. Problem not solved.
