Loop Energy Saver

Used a year or so ago and installed again today. Provides all the info I need without the need to log into Loop Energy via browser. Screen format great for mobile phone and tablet. Cannot find any bugs or glitches in its operation.

To call this an app is disingenuous. It's simply a shortcut to a webpage. Pointless.

Some small graphical oddities on Note 5 (see Spend page where only half of message (non essential) is visible. Pressing back key in app results in exiting - which is a little tiresome. OTherwise: Great! Look forward to more features (unless they're there already?) such as customisable notifications etc. For example, energy is often wasted in our house by someone leaving a high power appliance on, e.g. oven or electric heater. Obv difficult to read for individual devices but I would like notifications if energy consumption has been persistently high for a customisable period etc. Keep up the great work!

Opening this on a galaxy s7 edge brings up a white screen. Need to reinstall every time I want to open it.

Opens to a white screen. Cummon loop its only a web portal, how hard can it be!

Poor functionality. Inconsistent.

Opening this app am presented with a list of options with 'Log on', in orange. None of these options are selectable so pretty useless.

Website works. App requires password change every time. Very annoying.

Works well, all the info on your phone. The graphs adjust automatically depending on how much is being used. The graphs look much better than they do in the app info above.

No complaints, app works fine on my phone and tablet and presents the information in an easy to read format.

9/6/16 - White screen - uninstalled and reinstalled and it works fine now. Original comment - Great app - really handy to be able to do the setup on it in a tight under stairs cupboard and has a good interface, and the developers are clearly listening to their customer base as they've responded to our requests to add a live gas feed. Also, great product! Smartest energy monitor out there right now!

Not had any issues running it. Shows current electric readings and also gas . Gas is an average of every 15mins which is good enough. Can also view graphs by clicking on explore. It shows u the day temps as well.

Great experience had a white screen this was resolved by a fresh install guess it's an android thing but had no further probes would love to have this as a widget so I can see data live on my screen too .

Excellent system for remotely monitoring energy usage.

Fresh install. Just got the Loop monitors - they're working great but the app is borked. Disappointing start to the Loop experience.

Worked fine till end of April but now just gives white screen after login. Galaxy Note 5.

I've just installed loop and the latest version of software. It just shows a white screen and nothing else. Sony Xperia Z5 on latest OS

Like everything so far. Used it to switch our electricity this month. I like the way its centered arround reducing emmisions (and bills) which my kids are learning about in school.

So the app has now been updated and now works fine (no white screen), it's essentially a wrapper of the website so I beleive a change on that side that's fixed it. I understand more reporting features are coming which is good. Thanks Loop for your responsive support.

App works once or twice then goes to white screen on starts after this on HTC M8

The actual app might be ok but there products were not accurate at all. I took on own readings and compared with what there's were and the gas they was over double wrong and electric varied slightly . So no good for me. UK

Nice design and pretty easy and quick to navigate. Would like a widget for the home screen and IFTTT support would be great.

After login in all I get is a blank screen, that's pretty useless to me

Great device, but disappointed it doesn't support the Samsung view tablet.

Works well

When it works (ie not getting a frozen white screen), it's a great app. The UI is easy to navigate and it is full of features and many useful ways to get an understanding of your fuel consumption. I have reported issues with the app in the past and the developers are quick to respond and resolve them. This is the best energy monitoring system I have come across - the main winning features being that I can monitor gas consumption; and the ability to look at and assess my historical data in a variety of ways

No real time gas display. No pinch zoom for unreadable text or graphics. Doesn't remember login details. 14/2/15 One more star for adding autologon. 28/12/15 and another star for adding real time gas reporting.

I'm really chuffed with the whole system. Very informative about our power energy usage. No doubt I will be checking for those phone chargers etc...

Ditto the white screen when starting the app. Its a pain to have to uninstall and then install again. Does anybody test these apps before release?

All the app does it show you the website, so why not just use the website? This app is pointless!

Worked for a short while but now just a quick almost invisible login attempt then blank white screen. Possibility due to recent update of app? Good platform, poor android implementation. Ipad version also doesn't auto rotate. Better app please!

Just get white screen all the time now. (Galaxy Note 4). Happy to revise rating if it's fixed

Finally added auto login! If "live" gas was added to the summary screen it would be perfect.

Excellent products

The recent "autologin" update has broken this app for me (HTC one M7). I can see it logging in, then I'm stuck forever on a white, empty screen.
