1. Click the Squad logo and view workout buddies in your area. Click the checkmark to add to your SQUAD or the X for not now
2. After 2 people mutually opt in by clicking the checkmark they become a part of each others SQUAD
3. Start chatting and get fit together
4. Add or participate in Challenges & Activities posted by users
5. Brag about your sports & fitness accomplishments in Brag. You can Brag about anything (your workout buddy, your personal squat record, you weight loss, your gear, etc.)

I do not want to invite my contacts or FB friends, but apparently I can not search without giving this app access to my contacts or FB. Allow me to search for people that just belong to this app and maybe I can actually use it to give you a rating, until then this app is useless to me.

Where are the workout partners?! I live in California and the closest recommended "buddy" is less than 1939 miles away. GREAT job Navafit! This has a feel of a bunch of meat heads who got together and said, "Let's build an app so we can upload videos of ourselves in our Opening "BRAG" Home Page. People are going to love to watch us. They'll want to keep coming back to the App!" SMH... Oh poor meat heads, keep pumping that iron and leave tech to the nerds. UNINSTALL

The app installation is very smooth and effortless from Google Play. Navafit is a very inimitable way to get motivated and link with others who share the same interests with you.

So, I have no more excuses to not workout. My squad keeps me motivated and I love the workout videos on different levels of difficulty. It's like having my very own personal trainer!!

Wow I thought this was going to be a cool app but for the looks of the reviews you guys need alot of work to do... It's nothing like the pictures of how the app will look and the only way to see people is if you invite people which sucks. I thought it was going to going to be like tinder but in search of workout partners than relationships. I don't like this app
