Databáze chybových hlášení se automaticky aktualizuje, je-li aplikace spuštěna a telefon připojen k Internetu, dále je aplikace plně funkční i bez připojení k Internetu. NIBE brings aid to service technicians, which decodes the numerical error messages and displays the current status of the heat pump and the proposed action. Database error messages are automatically updated when the application is running and connected to the Internet, then the application is fully functional even without an Internet connection.
