Excellent quality that you will never get anywhere else! Quality maintained at every single visit! I am a regular at keno and not once did I receive a service less than amazing! Their attention to details is impeccable, their cleaning products are top notch and their staff are the friendliest i have ever met! Let alone that the service is super super convenient and easy! Great service, great app, great business!

This rating is for the application and not the service given.. Minor bug fixes and improvements are required and you will hit a 5 star level.. Can't make an order without having body wash selected, so if trying to order the super shine service, both body wash and shine are selected and the price adds up when it isn't supposed to as the guy that came to clean my car said it costs 70 but the app says 110.. Also it will be nice to have the timer as a countdown instead of having it fixed.. Also any sort of confirmation message or notification would be nice to have.. As I had to call the customer service to know if the app is working or not because I had no confirmation and the timer wasn't changing.. These are very easy fixes and a must to do!

Never came on time, they were delayed four hours, till the community gates refused to let them in cause it was late.

Love the app and service. Very well done! I just have one small suggestion for the app design. It is hard to see the schedule button on the map. Maybe a semi transparent circle behind it would help 8t stand out a bit. Thanks!

Excellent app and service.

Ordered the car wash through the app.. And the approximate arriving time was around 50 minutes.. However, 4 hours after, no one showed up and no one even called to inform about any service reschedule or service cancelation.. Thanks for nothing.. I'd take my car to a proper car wash next time, at least I'd have it cleaned

This app and the team behind it deserve massive respect! The customer support was awesome, even before my first car wash, I had a few questions and they were answered within minutes. Then the actual car wash, superb job done by the guys, super clean, inside and out. Love the app and the professionalism. Pricing is pretty good too, nothing too high.

Your app crashes often, please fix that. Also don't you have a referral system like UBER as I know many people who could use your services. Obviously I should be awarded whenever someone uses it

Easy fast and at home

I don't usually write reviews, especially with apps, but this is an exception! The whole idea of getting ur car washed up at your own convenient location is awesome, not only do they use eco-friendly products, they wear a smile on their face the whole time your car gets shampooed, dried and taken care off. Wheels polished with tire shine and interior vacuming was a bonus I didn't expect. The service people are super friendly and look after your vehicle like its their own. I would definitely rate this service as a must try just because it honestly is just so hassle free. All the best.

This is by far the best idea I came across in the UAE. A car cleaning service that arrives to ur specified location and cleans ur vehicle exterior and interior. Time saving and cost efficient with a great quality to offer this would be the next big thing! I loved it and highly recommend this innovative service.
