Everlasting App Icon

Allows you to create a widget for any installed application to either:
- Run it, or
- Uninstall it

While the target application is uninstalled the icon will remain on the screen (though it has no functionality). Once the application is re-installed, the widget can be used once again.

This caters for a few specific use cases targeted at developers:
- Developing an app on two separate computers (ie. laptop and desktop) requires that you uninstall the app to run it each time you switch computers
- Testing an application's installation/uninstallation/updating may also require you to manually uninstall it several times
- Uninstalling an app during testing removes any home screen icons you've created to run it - not so for those created using this widget
