To the Developer....You need to listen to these reviews and make this app work. We and our employers rely on this app. Do the right thing and fix it....make it work properly. Also it's loading takes to long and it DRAINS MY BATTERY.

Impossible to change default password . Constant out of area and lost data input

Constantly telling me I have no internet connection when I do.

This constantly tells me I have no internet service when I do. Have to go to my browser and open it and then it works. Having problems now with photos no uploading. Is this the most current version?

Whomever wrote this software should find a new career path.

Been using this since April. Have had no issues, love it

Needs to add the ability to print from mobile app, or doesn't schedule into PDF so then we can send it to the printer, just like on the desktop site

It doesn't recognize my existing username and password and won't allow me to reset my password, so I can't use it.

Would like to see notification alerts or alarms when assignments are given and awaiting accepting. Via alert tones or even text messaging

Freezes all the time. Not intuitive enough to do multiple tasks.

When the "keep me signed in" box is checked im expecting just that.. But it never does.

It does what it needs to do

It's no fun having to sign in every time you have to open the app on my phone. You should get with smartpm.

Photos do not upload or upload as black pictures. Upon opening app, view may be in either desktop or mobile viewing mode. You never know which one it will choose. Time reporting issues have caused clock-in/out errors reporting the wrong work and travel time. Please fix your Android application. People rely on this app.

app crashes a lot and unless you have an hour and dont mind 50 restarts don't try to upload photos.

Fix this ASAP. It is so annoying.

I have had to call the office to get some data straight. The patch notes though?

It's just like the management. They make changes all the time, but we can't adjust our schedules. At least they pay in a timely manner, though.

Will not accept user name and password that I use on the website. Does the app require a different one?

Very frustrating. I can't log in for a job because there is a mandatory survey to determine what kind of device you used which requires a photo. Since the photo won't load it stays stuck on the survey. Update: I deleted the app and reinstalled and still have the same problem. Deleting aging and I'll just log in from the website.

I love the app. So far no issues. But I have noticed that on the computer next to my picture is a button that says opportunity and past due. This is not present in the app. How come? It appears for a brief second when i log on but then goes away. Is their a reason it is not in the app but is when u r on a computer?

This program is cap just as cumbersome as the Web based app. They don't know how to make surveys quick. Get pocket tracker, I used to get reports done in under a minute, now it takes me a lot lot longer

Many items in the navigation of this app need improvement, Actionlink website is far better than this app. I have also had issues with photo uploading.

Attachments don't open right. Schedule reverts to summary view with each change. Not cool.
