Why did you morons change the app design away from the functional, useable application we had to the broken, worthless trash we have now? The app doesnt let you do anything better than before. Its actually worse. Bonus points for breaking bill payments. Who wanted to continue using the app to pay their bill? The whole company is turning into trash. State Farm is getting a call soon..

REALLY need to fix this app. Have had the same app for 3 years now, & never had any problems, until today. Updated app, & now it no longer works AT ALL!!! Can't even log in!!! PLEASE FIX BROKEN APP!!!!

Don't waste your time or frustration. Better off logging on thru a browser. Why have an app if it works soooo bad

Since upgrade, cannot connect. Prior to upgrade, had no problems...able to see docs, ID card and make payments. Unable to do any of these since the upgrade. Please fix!!

Nation has terrible auto insurance at a terrible price! Shop around you can definitely save money by insuring your automobiles elsewhere!!

This app was great until it was "updated", now it's taken away the ability to pay my monthly bill. I've downloaded it 3x and it still won't work.

New update fixed most issues but now there is no bill pay option that works. My app says no policy no Bill but there is clearly a policy on the first screen

The developers clearly don't know how to post an update without clearing out all the saved credentials, and since I use fingerprint auth, that's just poor and annoying programming.

Worked great until I went to use to access my insurance card. Will not load. Would do smaller review if possible

I like the way you guys are going with the look of this app but ever since the update I have not been able to find an option for me to pay my insurance like there was in the older version. Nothing shows when I got to my policy even though I am signed in and my current bill does not show under billing

THIS UPDATED VERSION IS EVEN WORSE THAN THE OLD ONE... NONE OF THE APP FUNCTIONS PROPERLY, I GUESS IT'S ONLY RIGHT, THE APP IS AS BAD AS THEIR SERVICE.

They have "updated" the app and what used to be a great easy to use app is now glitchy hard to use and confusing.

Since last update the app won't do anything. Your developers need to start over and try again and return the old app until they can get a properly functioning new app.

Logged on that is as far as it let me go!!! Please change back to old app

I can't even sign up to use this app! Deleting! Let me know when you get your app fixed Nationwide. Maybe then I'll use it.

Update is really nice. I always use my finger print to login and its quick. The slide to pay is a neat touch

It won't let me pay my bill I been using this app to my bill all this time now today it won't accept my payment

super user friendly not sure what people are complaining about. The app is much better than my previous insurance company app.

I don't usually write reviews on apps unless I use them for some time. However, I haven't had this app for long but I must say the redesign is well done. This version of the app compared to the previous is worlds better. Good job.

I'd give it more stars but not until I am able to access the app. I was able to access the app until the updated version because it will not access the application's server to access my account.

App does not work. It cannot connect to server. Deleted and reinstalled, still does not connect to server. Do not install.
