National Trust 50 things

I registered both of my boys fine but when I select an activity, the keyboard will not move out of the way to move to the next screen. I did a copy paste in the description but tgen had the same issue in the location screen. This happened on my iPhone 5s and my Samsung S7. We are unable to complete anything now to earn the reward at the end.

Less features compared with the old website that you could access on a laptop. The kids used to like changing the bumble bee character each time they earned another achievement. You could also view all their pictures in an online scrapbook and print them off. This feature also seems to have disappeared. We've been doing this for a few years and only have a couple of achievements left to do. Disappointing!

This app seems like a really good idea but I can't even register. Keep getting the same 'something went wrong try again later error message.

Website not available anymore, it had loads of features which was fun for the kids. The app has nothing interesting on it. Kids cant look back on previous experiences. Bring back the website or add more features to the app.

So far, so good! Looks like a good way of keeping children interested while visiting NT places. There are lots of activities to do and grouping them by NT venue really helps sort out the relevant ones. We will certainly be using this

Found the web page better and more useful and could view all photos at once, but NT took that down. Struggling to use the app.

Great App, we walk alot and Eli (3) loves doing different activities. Has great ideas and is an excellent companion to the main book! Photo feature is excellent in keeping memories.

Could not register email. Keep getting error

Would give it a good score if I could use it got my boys a 50 things scrapbook today and it's got all about this app in it but after downloading it it won't let me register. Very disappointed

First it keped gliching and then it keped saying "oops something went wrong please try again" and i tried agan like 7 times and it didnt work PLEASE FIX!!!

I've logged in and when I type up my username and password it says wrong when it's right

Managed to login first time and the app looked really good, but now is says password is wrong and doesn't recognise it when I reset it. Tried a few times but too annoying so I'll delete the app until you sort it. Being able to log in is pretty basic surely?!

Same as everyone else...no verification email has been sent despite numerous attempts. Would be great so it's a real shame.

Have tried 6 times with 6 different names to register and each time the name is accepted but no parents email is ever sent, the names chosen are then showing as taken so it is getting part of the way. I have tried different email addresses too but still no success. Gave up. This could have been so good, recording when and where things were done, giving a countdown, recommending places near by to do more of the 50 things. What a shame.

It's such a shame as it looks like it would be a really cool app...if it worked!!!

It looks gorgeous, and if it worked would be a favourite app, but even downloading it took three attempts and now registration had got rediculous! Way too glitchy, such a shame!

Only managed to login once from 8 attempts. On login I was hoping for a checklist that let you keep track of when you did the things, with notes, photos, etc. Maybe it does these things but they are well hidden if it does. Gave up.

I have installed this twice, re-registered with different email accounts and requested password resets. It doesn't WORK!!!

Trying to log in keeps telling me I have no connection when I have full connection

I have never known such a useless app/website. It wouldn't let me create an account then when it finally did allow me and I tried to log in it said a parent hasn't validated it but I couldn't find any way to get in to validate it. I'm giving up and printing the list. I'll do it the old fashioned way and tick them off with a pen!
