National Express VUER

Useless app. Doesn't work. No Wi fi. I checked carefully. No password provided. To the person who said that those who can't get it work are stupid and need to follow instructions... what instructions? There are none. Neither on the letter that pushes it nor on google play. Nor yet on the screen that says it can't connect.

Have to download VUER app first on own data. Then your free to use it on NX coaches all the time. GREAT for regular travellers

WiFi only works for their app, nothing else

Complete waste of time. Spent two hours trying to get connected to the content only to keep getting the message to contact network administrator due to 'content filtering'. On line chat was too slow and cumbersome to help. Surely with all the feedback you have received, you should have SORTED this by now!! Deinstalled app and going to sleep instead. Goodnight.

For those complaining they couldn't load the app on board, if you read the instructions on the website it explains why. I loaded the app before setting off on my journey and had no problems at all. My coach trip was amazing, thanks to David Attenborough's documentaries. Just what I needed to calm my nerves and arrive travel sickness free to my destinations. Can't recommend this enough, thank you Vuer/National Express. A joyful experience all around

Waste of time. Onward journey Swindon to London..I had downloaded the app before the journey, once in the coach,loaded the app, connected to National express wifi, however when tried to register it gave an error message, that you are not connected to wifi. Tried many times same result. On return journey London to Swindon, same error as on onward journey. Tried live chat option on national express website via my phone data, kept on waiting forever for an agent to connect to the live chat, however the agent never joined the chat. Utter waste of time and causes mental stress.

Connected to veur WiFi, sign up and receive email from them, app then Says I'm not connected to any WiFi. Kill app try again. No go. How is this part so difficult to get right.

There's no WiFi on the coaches. I'm sure the app works just fine, but I can't even get past the first screen because there's literally never been WiFi on the coaches.

Downloaded the app but when I tried to find wifi there was no 'national express coach' wifi to connect to. Unique ref code NH 26. Shame.

Encouraged to install the app but no WiFi so what's the point? Waste of time and my data :-(

All the people saying they can't work it are dumb. It's easy if you follow the instructions. Great free app.

Nothing beats being entertained and being able to watch something on your journey, especially the longer ones.

Malware Alert! The app has a malware in it. A grey circle comes on your browser on the lower center and attempts to click. This is the default position where ads are shown. It took me 10 days to find out the source of the malware. I have no idea if it steals any personal info or not.

This app is a complete waste of time,the programs don't work on the app only through your browser,but when u select them on your browser they still don't work as the Wi-Fi connection is appalling. Please don't advertise a service that doesn't work!!!!!PATHETIC!!!!

Couldn't even get it to work. Waste of time. My 5year old son was really upset.

Why would you promote an app that needs wi-fi if the coaches never has WiFi(logic)

Great, great idea, but the on-board WiFi is so slow it would take 21 minutes just to install the app... I'm not sure whether it could stream TV shows at that rate.

Unique reference code: SV 11 Coach from London Victoria to Nottingham. This journey can only be described as a journey from hell. The coach is almost full with no air-conditioning which made the journey very uncomfortable, in fact you can hardly breathe. Lack of Wi-Fi on this coach has also made it difficult to watch something to kill the time. Talking of time, this coach was supposed to be in Nottingham 15:20 but now it's past 15:40 and we're nowhere near Nottingham. National Express ought to make these long journeys easier for passengers or lose business. Hope you guys can make the future journeys better for others. Have a good weekend to everyone reading this.

I like this app because it's better than nothing even if u hate it your still doing something so like downloading the app will kelp u entertainment

It takes forever to download or doesn't even download at the end of the whole stress.
