SOLEUS GO!

Let me start by saying the design on the Soleus Push Fitness Pod sucks! I spent money and time logging in all my steps and sleep only to lose the pod! There is no way anyone can remember to even have this in a pocket or on the wrist bands that are provided in the packaging; the flimsy design of rubber makes it easy for the pod to slip out! I am very disappointed in this product and mad that I had time spent on this fitness tracker, and my money went down the drain!

Not particularly intuitive and not accurate. My 12k run coming in at 10k and I can't recalibrate as no exercises listed on calibration screen

Overall app design looks ok. But the data/stats cannot be exported to Google Fit or other health app like Samsung Health. If it is supported, I'm happy to rate 5 stars.

The app stopped syncing to my phone.

Your product does not work. Will not sync with my watch. I wish I would have not wasted money on this product.

Great gadget. If you have a straight talk phone, that is the problem. You go to install the ap and then says your phone is not compatible. . Probs are within the phone service. Straight Talk sucks.

App looks really out dated. Look like it was put together by beginners, looks cheap

I purchased two of these awful devices one as a gift and neither works now, it doesn't sync to anything it's crazy how something like this could go to market before all the bugs were wiped out, the bright side of this is at least it keeps accurate time.

It resets itself back to jan 1 at noon and you loose all that days info

This app does not record the exercise that is logged with your band; it does not record your sleep; it really doesn't track anything except for your "steps" and "calories"; you have to open it and refresh or reconnect it each time time to see your progress. The band works fine for the most part, but this app makes it sucks so much. It's impossible to track your progress with this, which defeats the whole purpose. I hope the app engineers read this and fix it so it works better.

Worked great until one day it stopped syncing. I cleared all data, reinstalled app, now all I get when I try to link device is "Device Disconnected". Manual has no help whatsoever on any problems. Fix this and I'll give it 5 stars.

I can not get the watch to sync with my phone. I try to pair it and it won't pair. I try to sync from the app to the watch and it says no device found. I really like the watch and the app but it doesn't help keep track of data because I cannot save it to compare. This is frustrating and I really hope that there is a fix coming soon. I find the watch comparable to the fit bit but without the ability to monitor I will have to get something other than solace should there be no fix.

Just got my Soleus watch. I can't get this app to stop crashing. Which means I'm not get all the benefits of the watch. I have taken the app of and put back on again to no avail. Cmon get it fixed please!!!

Of course they won't update it because they pushed it out with the band and took your money, so why invest further. Ugly UI, lack of customization features such as changing screen on time, Bluetooth connection problems across multiple android devices

It worked great at first with my Galaxy S6 but all of a sudden it won't pair at all. I reset it, uninstalled the app then installed it again and it won't pair any more. Should have spent a little more for a more reputable brand. Very dissapointed!

The app sucks. It seems like we all have one thing in common, it will not stay synced. But, we all have something different that actually works on the band. It took at least an hour to set it up.

I like the bracelet/watch overall, but the app is a major annoyance. I feel clumsy going through the app, and the entire look and feel prevents me from wanting to use it at all. Significant improvements are required for me to regularily use it.

I was able to initially connect the Bluetooth to my Galaxy S6 but now it won't conect. Uninstalled and reinstalled but no luck. Very frustrated.

Will NOT pair to my device. It constantly disconnects and when I try to pair it, it says device not found or device disconnected. This app is such crap. Won't be using it anymore. Thanks for wasting my time and money.

App never works!! Always losing connection. Band is great but without the app it sucks

Same as others sw is terrible, but good when it works. Unfortunately , it does not work consistently. I decided to remove the app and reinstall it. I cannot reinstall for past 2 hours. This is unacceptable.

The arm band is great, but my device always has trouble connecting to the stupid app. It always shows errors

The Soleus band is a comfortable band with multiple features. But the app is dull and unimaginative.

So far, I have not had any issue with syncing my device to the app on my phone. What I wish I had realized before buying the GO! was that this app does not sync / push to any other fitness app. I can't understand why the company would have an app for most of their products that will sync / push data out to other fitness apps, and this app, for one product, that doesn't. You would think that the functionality for this would be able to be incorporated within the Soleus app. In general, the device is two steps up from the Jawbone UP, since it has the display, and a step down for the charging connector. The APP is a disappointment due to not syncing out into the wider fitness app world. If it did that, I would easily give it a 4star rating, maybe even a 5. As it is, I rate it as 1.5 out of 5.

Ive like my soleus before but now it's useless... It doesn't link to my Samsung s6 edge. I can still link it to my old Samsung s5 bit that's not the point. Please fix the problem

Really like the band but the app is useless. Keeps closing and restarting, also sync between band and phone can be a bit erratic, it stops for no reason so you don't see calls or texts coming in.

App stopped connecting to my watch keeps saying no device found. Tried to re-pair but to no avail =/

I'm tired of it saying device not found or the other stupid errors. I love the band when i first got it. I didn’t read anything about it, just bought it. Loved how my text and in coming phone calls showed on it, so that way i could always have my phone on silence. Now days 99% of my text and phone calls don't even come thru on it. Plus i wish this would sinc to Myfitnesspal.

Like all other reviews I love the device and it would be amazing if the application worked. I hope they can get their heads together and fix the application

Has some nice features, but takes long time Sync, loses the connection(pairing) watch can take a pounding.

The product is great, but the App is quirky. It could use a few updates. The SMS notification feature is great, but with Hangouts integration I can no longer receive those alerts. Wish you could select the notifications you wish to receive on the band. That would be a big improvement. Would also be nice to share data outside the App.
