The Tennessean Print Edition

I have yet to be able to log in with the same password twice. Changes made by phone to Customer Service did not update the online account information. I have been a customer for more than 30 years and I am extremely disappointed in the turn the newspaper has taken.

I have tried many times and called your help desk but will not work. Worked great on my Apple before changing to Android.

Counterintuitive, slow, cumbersome. Seems to have been designed to frustrate its users. I could drive to the store and buy a print edition faster than this app loads pages. The Tennessean spends a lot of time talking up their digital edition when they really should be distancing themselves from it.

I had to uninstall.bad enough I had to join Facebook to even download.couldn't read it till I did.then I go to read it.yesterdays news.no way to update.worse then the Facebook block

This app is terrible for android tablet. Worked fine on my iPad. Way too slow to load pages.

This app interlaces the page images so for half the time you have to look at blurred images that look like pictures under water. Plus every time you scroll or pan the image, you have to watch them being redrawn. Interlaced images died when 1200 baud dialup modems did. Next time hire some high school kids to write your app. They never would have done it this way because they have no idea such a technology ever existed! Now the app crashes whenever you try to start it from a notification so that feature is useless. Rating lowered to 1 star. Sure wish there was a zero!

May be the worse app you have ever used on a tablet. I have to reinstall just about ever time I log on. Apparently the developers could care less since they have not fixed it.

After installing it only works for one day and then says something about a token when you open it the following day. You must uninstall and reinstall for it to work again.

I have had it with the print edition (might get here by 7am if we're lucky now the digital edition keeps the poor service up token ring issues who do they pay to build these apps?

App often asks for credentials. Why aren't these persistent? Also, I've gotten a token authorization error multiple times that's only resolved by uninstalling and then installing.

Only works once then have to re install..... nice when works. Update: went straight to today's paper with no login or problems ... Yay! Does everything I need. Forward articles. Increase text size. Article mode or page mode or combo. I read on an Asus transformer and Droid Razr. I am a subscriber. Update: have had to reinstall two times. Not sure what the problem is. Wow...problem above fixed. Back to 5 stars. I use the 'articles' view the most. Update 2: Had to reinstall again.

App crashes every third time you open it. Have to uninstall and reload. I don't think the app has ever been updated

Asks for credentials every few days and is slow at rendering pages.
