Excellent update works great!

Wow. At the last level this version was an order of magnitude better than the iPhone version. But these morons fixed that with the latest update. Now the Android version is just as bad as the iPhone version. It works as long as you fix the home view to reflect the keyboard. If you want the simple enable security buttons to work - these idiots now require that your system is set up according to their unstated metrics. Really poor interface design.

This App is a living growing Ap, as new features come online they are added to the App. Things like Messenger which allow notification without involving the Central Station. And scenarios that can mix any combination of actions desired. We install Napco product and your installation company should be able to answer any question or solve any problem you might have.

After installing and uninstalling several times I finally got it to work. Then after an update from samsung only some if features work.

Trying to access the z-wave lock kills the connection each time. Now this feature is useless.

Is there a way you can make it look less clunky and more modern?

Works fine on wifi, but connection on 4G is spotty if at all

The remote login bug was fixed in the latest update. Now, it works as expected.

This app dosent allow you to add events. Call tech support and his version 1.xxxc. works but my ver 2 dosent

Force closes every time an attempt is made to update remote login credentials, which were erased by the latest app update. The app now only works when connected to local WiFi inside my house, which completely defeats the purpose of having remote access when away from home. Unless this is fixed soon, I will be calling my service provider and canceling my iBridge subscription. The whole point was to be able to arm/disarm/monitor the system when away from home, and now that is no longer possible.

Had a strange period where it kept force closing, but that seems to be fixed now. If this app could include push notifications of arm/disarm events, I would gladly give it at least one more star. UPDATE: cannot launch the app using the Google Now launcher (which worked fine previously). Switching to stock launcher fixes the issue, but I would rather use Google Now. Please fix!

Excellent App works great!

Needs some more automation options. Could only add 3 thermostat to a group. When trying to add a thermostat event when im up to the step where I need to put in the set point it force stop Still needs a lot work

Napco has done it again! I can always count on Napco to lead the pack with new technologies for my security panel which is upgradeable too! I can control my property, my home, and have peace of mind with just a quick look at my cell phone....THANKS!

Works as expected for in-house and remote connection to alarm panel and home automation features. Would be great if it could add geo and more powerful home automation commands.

This app does what it needs to do but it's still a bit clunky. The app doesn't store remote login username and password so I have to reenter every time. The pan and tilt is a little bit jerky and sluggish

The home screen is so small and not resizeable that the app is unusable. If you press the security slice, the resulting view is inconsistant with that on other devices. App only works in landscape mode.
