Step 1. Add items to cart...go to checkout screen. "These items aren't available at the location you chose." Fine tell me what location they ARE available!!!! Step 2. So change "My Store". Well you added those items to your cart at a different store and we can't show availability at the the store you changed to. Step 3. Bang head on desk until it's bloody and shop elsewhere. Fix your inventory control systems!!

After entering a vehicle to search for parts it gives you an option to search everything BEFORE searching for that specific vehicle. Then if you accidentally hit the search everything because the buttons are so small it is hard to hit the search for that vehicle button it asks you to specify vehicle and if you hit back it erases the vehicle. This is awful! Fix the search feature. Show what's available at our selected store first. Give an option to search other stores within a certain mileage.

I can't even look up a part! Having worked for Napa for 7 years, I know where everything is and how to find it. Your app wouldn't even load the category I wanted to search, so I went to my Auto Zone app and looked up my parts, put them all in my cart, and the Napa app was still trying to open my category. What a disappointment.

I'm a regular napa customer and I have to say that the thing that bugs me the most about this app is that it only remembers the cars you scanned for a few days and then it makes you start all over. Y can't it remember what I scanned or at least let me choose what it should remember for vin numbers. I work on company vehicles and I don't need the hassle of trying to scan the vin number everytime I whant to look up a part

It's extremely slow and sluggish, and randomly crashes. Also, to make the user experience better, we should be able to put in our VIN # so that the app can get all the pertinent data of our vehicles in one shot.

You can't order really anything. If I want to know just prices I'll Google it. Uninstalling

You put the information of the car model and year and it says can't find the part or error it needs a big time improvement other wise it's a peace of trash. .

Just try to add a 2001 Ford-Truck. Crashes EVERY TIME. Autozone has no problem. Works fast every time.

You can input any vehicle and go to say filters and it will show you every filter they have... With no indication of which part actually fits... It used to be awesome but not anymore ..... Put it back to the way it was.....

This new update is bad, so slow, hit the item you want then ten minutes later it shows up in the cart. Useless to me now, used to be a great tool for me.

This app isn't developed enough. You can't get past your model to input the specific engine you have for your vehicle. You end up having to see too many parts that I'm sure is causing lost time to the shade tree mechanic.

I work at Napa in this app f****** sucks if I need to find a part I just wait until I go to work and look it up on the computer everytime I click Browse by vehicle and select a subcategory it just takes me back to the homepage

A splash screen was all I got on my Galaxy S7. Then the screen went blank. Uninstall... I'll pass

Get rid of it and start over this is the worst f****** thing I've ever seen in my life I add a VIN and it says this vehicle is not made in the United States or Canada so what you're telling me is my 2016 Dodge Ram 3500 mega cab diesel with an Asia transmission is not made in the United States get rid of it and start over

You can find parts but if you want to specify your vehicle the app crashes every time. Do not trust this damn app!

It was not a very good app. Then they did an update and now it won't even open. Their website is below average also so this is not a surprize. Uninstalling it.

Downloaded the app. I opened it up and it litteraly just stays a black screen.

Useless app that puts you in a loop and won't give back information

When I tap the app, it loads a white screen and crashes my phone.

Tried to look up alternator for my 04 tahoe and it says no part listed for that vehicle.

Tried this app for a second time and it still just sits their. Site opens but freezes up.

You're vehicle list is quite inadequate considering my 87 Chevy suburban has several vehicle to match non of witch are available in your app is changed review may change

Does not work at all! I've reinstalled it 3 times. All I get is a white screen.

Will not look up anything for a 94 Dodge pickup.

This app doesn't fit on the screen anymore.... what's up with that. I hope it gets fixed soon.

Sucks, hard to get information on items, AUTO ZONE EXCELLENT

The new update is garbage! So dissapointing can't find nothing. Won't even open parts when I click view smh. Can't get no prices or parts shown.

The new update does not fit screen and will not rotate to landscape either. I loved the app before this update. Fix it!

The old version wasn't great but this version is horrible

One star only because there is no option for zero. This new app is not an app but rather a shortcut to the website. I hate it and if there is no update to fix soon I will just uninstall it!

This is the worst update for an app I've ever seen, won't even fit the screen, and this was a forced update too, I'm uninstalling it now.
