Pizza Hut - Singapore

This app is of literally no use. The UI is pathetic. Even a kid can make a better app. When you check order status, all it says is "your order has been confirmed" with a pixel sized image of a pizza. Doesn't even let you track the pizza real-time like Domino's. Worst app ever.

App doesnt work at all, place order then enter add and mobile next its back to menu....

Website don't allow me to edit. Forced me to use the app but the app SUCK. I can even order. You love to lose customer don't you.

Doesn't work at all. What's the use of having an app that doesn't work at all? Only way to solve this is to uninstall.

Advance order is always overwhelmed with orders. What is the point of this?

even the website is faster in making an order. i registered on website before. but the app refuses to acknowledge my membership, gotta redo registration. and it logs out everything it goes to background. must key in password again even though u didn't log out. even the website is not as stupid as this. take this rubbish down from playstore already, waste ppl's time n effort :(

No point download this app when your food never arrive. Status delivered but the food never arrive. Totally useless..

Gives a blank screen when you press on the pizza icon. How do you order pizza with a blank screen. Please sack the developer of this program. Complete imbecile.

Order large it came regular pizza. Cannot trace back the orders and transaction to verify. Useless app. Uninstall.

Cannot place an order, keeps on redirectin to log -in or registration page.

Coupon code entered always reflect as invalid or unmatched.

Tried advanced order but i keep getting the "due to overwhelming response, cant process order" crap. It happens at every single timing i chose. Even if it is for a day or 2 days advanced order as well. Went to the site and everything went smoothly. Dont waste your time with this app.

Just like their KFC app this has a terrible interface, buggy payment gateway... and why do we need to keep entering mobile number to check order... when LOGGED IN??

Good app, but I believe there's something wrong with the redeem coupons. I tried to redeem a coupon from an earlier delivery but it kept saying "couldn't find a matching code"

Using this app is so painful. Randomly items go missing. Takes my order asks me to login and throws away my order. In the end I end up eating dominos.

Order complete, press 'confirm' & go back to start with no order registered. Also, doesn't save change in phone number. Neither does your website for that matter.

What I want to order then every time I go to pizza to order suddenly come back to email...

App kept crashing when ordering , checking out or even looking at the menus.

I think this is a useful app, great way to order instead of calling or turning on the computer. 1 thing though..not sure why there is a bunch of butthurt people around. Something wrong with their phone or somewhere else i guess?

Seriously, what's the point of making us register an account? This is such an outdated modus operandi, it just made ordering harder.

Apps says delivered (which wasn't). Mobile website status shows on the way.
