KFC Delivery - Singapore

Worst delivery app. Login does not work. Bugged system. Everything is bad from logging in to payment. It is almost impossible to order on this app. Maybe you can consider not requiring an account to order since your system is obviously rubbish. The menu is different in stores, webpage and app. So inconsistent. How are customers even supposed to order what they want. We like KFC food. But this is a joke to the industry.

Failed at registration saying i have no internet connection...just after i downloaded and finish registering. Say my surname already in exist...not even proper english. Whoever in kfc chose the company to develop this app should be shot

Ridiculous. Keeps saying my phone number is invalid after I log in. Pls do something about this. Despite the update the app is not working.

I don't know about the app but I belive that KFC always favourite for me and they looking like their best as usual. Best wishes.

I was happily register but why they say surname been exist? I put a lot of name still they say username been exist. How am I supposed to order like that???

Stupid app i ever download. Don't waste your time. All your email will be not vaild but if you use computer to log in it is okay. Do not download this app

Everytime error logging in. Everytime request and change password yet still can't log in. . End up frustrated.

Terrible, just a terrible app. Intrusive ad notifications in my phone. As others have said, despite having order tracking, you can't track the order. Tracking doesn't work. Even if the app were good, kfc delivery is even worse, takes over an hour and a half to deliver from a location 20min walk away. Food's always completely cold. I love kfc, if you do to, don't get this app or ever get delivery, they clearly don't care about this side of the business.

Lousy app. Can't even track my order history. The only thing this app can do is to login and order food only. Tracking order already shown delivered even i have not receive my food yet

I tried to signup. Verification failed and was told to call a given number. Called n told the guy, the problem. Obviously he is only able to take orders n each time i told him the problem , he asked if he can take my order ?!!!! I haven't even decided what I want n he wants my order !!!! After putting me on hold for a few times , he says his supervisor ask me to try log in again n call back if I have problem. I asked if he did anything at his end , he said no..then why should I try again for the 6th time

Horrible app. Unable to process credit card payment. Tried 3 times with different cards. It hangs and doesn't process the payment. Learn how to create an app from McDonald's.

Bad sign up.. Internet show" I'm already sign up, the funny part is! seen went I sign up KFC apps! Poor established I'm so sad about this..how many times need give different email? Developer please check??

Great and convinient app for when you want to order KFC...but the track order part could have been more elaborate, instead of just "preparing", "on the way" and "delivered". The status are too vague.

Why is Hotmail not a valid email?? So inflexible. Making the phone call seems more effective than using the apps.

cant stay logon.. have to relogon everytime..have to key in phone no. to track order... look at how mcd programmed their apps dude.

I ordered my meal and was told to get it one hour later One hour thirty minutes later I track my order n it says i ordered nothing today Wtf is this I could have gone out to eat but it wasted my time n expectation
