Although the work of teaching poor/street children was formally started on 10th April 2005 in Delhi with just four children, yet the trust was formally registered on 7th July 2005 and within a month the strength of children reached to sixty kids, most of whom were new entrants/dropouts from nearby slums. They were provided free education, books and stationery, and mid day meals.
Due to sealing problems in Delhi, the trustees unanimously decided on 9th April 2006 to shift the head office of organization to Gurgaon and is continuing here since then. Meanwhile the schooling of the children continued in Delhi for full one year and stopped thereafter, when the school at Gurgaon had started.
