About ALLIANCE
WELCOME TO ALLIANCE – THE NAMFS CODE ENFORCEMENT SOLUTION
Since its inception in 1988, NAMFS has been strongly committed to improving the Field Services industry by facilitating active discussion with industry leaders and participating in organizations that share these goals. The Association is excited to take this approach one step further by providing an independent technology-based communications portal to address challenges posed by the current housing crisis. This solution will unite the Field Service Industry and Code Enforcement Officials as allies in reversing violation issues and preventing costly fines.

What is ALLIANCE?
ALLIANCE is a Web-based communications portal that provides users with an efficient means to share information regarding at-risk properties. The program allows for a cooperative exchange of information enabling all parties involved to connect via a common platform and share information before engaging in a lengthy and potentially expensive violation recording and remediation process.
How does ALLIANCE work?
Code enforcement officials input property-specific information, including the code-related issues, comments and potential fines if not addressed via an electronic form. NAMFS’ participating members then receive this information in real-time and agree to (a) review these properties and initiate contact with the appropriate code enforcement officer by the next business day, or (b) indicate they do not service the property.
Who can use ALLIANCE?
ALLIANCE is available for Code Enforcement Officials throughout the country, as well as National NAMFS Members. This service is not available to Regional Members of NAMFS. However, Regional Members can benefit from this service through use of the Code Enforcement Officials search option in the Membership Directory.
Why should I use ALLIANCE?
ALLIANCE will provide Code Enforcement Officials with the opportunity to communicate directly with National Field Service Companies responsible for the preservation and protection of >74% of delinquent properties nationwide. ALLIANCE will offer National Field Service Companies the same direct communication with a large number of Code Enforcement Officials throughout the United States facilitating improved relations and faster resolution of violation issues.
