Buggy, less usable than before

Like the app but if you sign up for the Angel program it is almost impossible to withdraw from it. You will have problems.

Save yourself the money and buy $10-15 bottles at the liquor store. They taste much better. Their wines taste like a blend of swamp water, sewage and manure with subtle notes of battery acid.

Great concept and great wines but don't bother with this app. It's pretty un-intuitive and lacks a lot of the info one might need. The last update (11/10?) made it even less functional. I am giving it 3 stars reluctantly.

I just received a case of mixed reds, whites and a sparkling rose case of highly recommended wines. The first bottle I opened was a Texas Mourvedre Rachid by vintner Randy Hester. It was nothing short of remarkable and marvelous!! I have always been pleased with the wines I have ordered from Naked Wines, but this most recent case is a true joy. Everyone should give themselves the gift of fine wine made affordable.

I've already uploaded the app, but I keep getting to step 3 to get my bottle of wine and it directs me to get the app and then tells me I've already got it, and then I have nowhere to go. There is no exit. I'm a bit frustrated. I don't drink whites. I ordered a case of reds when I enrolled in this, and got a lovely case of 6 reds and 6 whites. ??? I love Naked Wine, and loved all the reds, and gave away all the whites. Sorry to say this here, but there isn't a comment section or direct contact where I can say it elsewhere. I'm sorry to be grumpy, but I've seriously injured my back and need my reds, and they are gone. If my elevated pain levels have caused me to miss something, please let me know. I am invested in this and want to be a good Angel.

Love the service and like the app. It's not quite as intuitive as I'd like, but still pretty handy.

Terrible comapny. They have no support system to handle users over the weekend. They will take your money without your consent through an Angel program where they lottery your account to be chosen to take 40 each month without our consent to enter the program or activate said program. Horrible UI. I would love to not complain all morning but there is no recourse for users like me that want to opt out and have my $40 refunded. Beware of the Angel program is you have no interest in this service beyond the initial $100 voucher.

I like the company, but the app needs some work. One big thing is that if I click on a wine, I should be able to see my notes on it. I'm glad to see other peoples reviews, but why not show me my own... You are forcing me to use other apps to keep track of what I like and don't like, which ultimately will make me less loyal to your wines.

I love the variety out of 24 bottles so far only one was bad ..it was a corked bottle the caps are better easy to remove and keep just as fresh and pure !!!

Elizabeth contacted me after I'd had a chance to enjoy some of the wines. Her friendly, helpful attitude was infectious. She offered to replace two of the whites I had not enjoyed as much as the reds and mark my membership to include many more reds than whites. How can you beat the attention?

The wine is amazing, there are a few that are definite reorders. At this rate I will be ordering all my wine online!!

I'm still working on my first case and have tried 4 wines, they were excellent. I did give the Riesling away to a friend who would enjoy it , and they did. It's just not my taste. Looking forward to more great wines. Thank you!

Working on my 1st case. So far have enjoyed every bottle I have opened and so have friends and co-workers that I have shared with! Plus everything I am learning about wine too. Naked Wines are excellent, and so are the people that work & run it!

Need to fix, I decided to download the app & I also created an account, so when I tried to log in on the app that I downloaded it is telling me sorry only angels can log in wtf. Please fix quickly or I will have to download another winery app! Can you make this app compatible with my android
