Naked Apartments - NYC Rentals

Needs a way to flag listings with lies, like calling a studio a 1br. Most listings don't have an address so you just have to trust the realtor's idea of what neighborhood it is.

The older version was way better. The flexibility for finding homes has become so difficult; can't even get a proper filter going on :(

Has issues establishing a proper connection to the server. Ended up using the desktop site.

Found a great apartment and a realty company I will definitely use again!

Super helpful that this app combines the same listings into one so you're not caught looking at the same apartment from 10 different brokers. Much easier to find a place in NYC here than Craigslist! They help take care of removing the most about part of looking for an apartment. Very easy to contact someone and look at a place too.

Recently moved to NYC, this app helped me find a place to live.

You need to allow FB sign in so I can access my desktop account on my phone.

Fake listings. A lot of fake listings on this app. A lot of brokers listing no fee apartments with fees as well as listings that don't exist.

I have made sevral attempts to contact several diffrent Realtors to view apartments and have rarely mad contact. I even scheduald a viewing recived confirmation and no one shiwed up. I do not recommend this application

It's ok, it'll be much better if it did exactly what I asked it . If I only want an apartment in Queens, then don't shoot over to Brooklyn. Stay in your lane. Don't make decisions for me. I only wanted Queens, NY. Not Brooklyn, not Manhattan, not The Bronx. I only asked for 1 specific area. Other than that.... It works fine.

Decent app, shows reasonably priced apartments that I don't see on other apps. The interface is fine, but many filters don't stay set or set at all, like laundry and pets.

I choose amenities but it doesn't remember them.

Everything else ok, but I can't get it to show me only places that are ok for cats

Captures links and then fails to open them or redirect to browser

Fun and easy

I love this website, but on the mobile app the "login with Facebook" option is not available. Since that is how I am connected to the web site, I can't log in on my phone. I can still search apartments (overall great functionality) but can't access my messages or saved searches. Hope they fix this problem asap.

As an agent, I don't have a login option, edit my listings, message, add a listing, etc. Is this feature on the works?

A great deal

It's pretty great, extremely easy, and super accurate. I think the one thing that would make it absolutely perfect is having the option to save your favorite listings so you can go back to them later; if they no longer happen to be available it'll just say that in our "wish list"/"likes" etc.. Other than that.. Can not complain.

Good app but you can't save or mark favorite apartments so each time you use the app you have to start from scratch. Can't receive updates on properties. You can only share and email the agent...

I should atleast be able to change price and location aswell as amount of bedrooms i want/need.

Unreal prices, who want to spend thousands of dollars on agents and rent. Just buy something, this is ridiculous. NEW YORK should be a shame
