بدأ من تاريخ 1-7-2017 بدأت المديرية العامة للجوازات بالمشاركة مع وزارة المالية ومركز المعلومات الوطني بتطبيق قرار مجلس الوزراء القاضي بالموافقة على برنامج تحقيق التوازن المالي 2020 ، المتضمن استحصال مقابل مالي عن كل مرافق ومرافقة للعاملين الوافدين في القطاع الخاص ويكون ذلك مقدماً وبشكل سنوي تدريجياً
وأوضحت المديرية العامة للجوازات خطوات تطبيق استحصال المقابل المالي عند تنفيذ خدمات الجوازات للمقيمين المشمولين في القرار، وذلك على النحو الآتي:
أولاً / خدمة إصدار أو تجديد " هوية مقيم " :
عند طلب تنفيذ خدمة إصدار أو تجديد "هوية مقيم" للعامل الوافد في القطاع الخاص المشمول في القرار أو أحد التابعين أو المرافقين له بعد تاريخ تطبيق القرار (1 / 7 / 2017م) يستلزم لتنفيذ الخدمة الآتي:
أ ـ تسديد الرسوم المقررة نظاماً للخدمة وذلك من خلال أنظمة سداد للمدفوعات الحكومية المقدمة عبر جميع الوسائل البنكية.
ب ـ سداد المقابل المالي عن كل مرافق أو تابع للعامل الوافد بواقع (100) ريال شهرياً ابتداءً من اليوم الأول من شهر يوليو لعام 2017م ، و (200) ريال شهرياً ابتداءً من اليوم الأول من شهر يوليو لعام 2018م، حسب مدة صلاحية "هوية مقيم" مع مراعاة تداخل مدة سريانها مع التواريخ الواردة في قرار مجلس الوزراء عند استحصال المقابل المالي.
ثانياً / خدمة إصدار تأشيرة خروج وعودة :
عند طلب تنفيذ خدمة إصدار تأشيرة خروج وعودة للعامل الوافد المشمول في القرار أو أحد التابعين أو المرافقين له، بعد تاريخ تطبيق القرار (1 / 7 / 2017م) فإن ذلك يتطلب الآتي:
أـ تسديد رسوم التأشيرة المقررة نظاماً للخدمة (حسب مدة التأشيرة المطلوبة) وذلك من خلال أنظمة سداد للمدفوعات الحكومية المقدمة عبر جميع الوسائل البنكية.
ب ـ سداد المقابل المالي عن كل مرافق أو تابع للعامل الوافد بواقع (100) ريال شهرياً ابتداءً من اليوم الأول من شهر يوليو لعام 2017م ، و (200) ريال شهرياً ابتداءً من اليوم الأول من شهر يوليو لعام 2018م، حسب مدة صلاحية "هوية مقيم" مع مراعاة تداخل مدة سريانها مع التواريخ الواردة في قرار مجلس الوزراء عند استحصال المقابل المالي.
ثالثاً / خدمة إصدار تأشيرة خروج نهائي :
أ ـ عند طلب تنفيذ خدمة إصدار تأشيرة خروج نهائي للعامل الوافد المشمول في القرار أو أحد التابعين أو المرافقين له، بعد تاريخ تطبيق القرار (1 / 7 / 2017م) فإن ذلك يتطلب سداد المقابل المالي المستحق نظاماً على العامل الوافد ابتداءً من اليوم الأول من شهر يوليو لعام 2017م وحتى تاريخ طلب تنفيذ خدمة إصدار تأشيرة الخروج النهائي، مع مراعاة تداخل مدة سريانها مع التواريخ الواردة في قرار مجلس الوزراء عند استحصال المقابل المالي.
ب ـ في حال تجاوزت مدة صلاحية سريان تأشيرة الخروج النهائي عن مدة صلاحية سريان "هوية مقيم" تضاف مدة صلاحية التأشيرة للمدة المستحقة لسداد المقابل المالي. Calculator and accompanying personnel for residents in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia fees

Third / final exit visa issuance service:
