About WebApp Client DEMO - BETA
AppNet: a new concept of internet made of WebApps instead of Web Sites. Each WebApp is localized in a gps location and/or with a bluetooth beacon. The entry-point for a web app is not an url, but a location or another devices that act as a bluetooth beacon.
WebApp Client (Browser) is a client to access the AppNet. Users can start WebApps searching them on a real-world map or on a nearby WebApp list, based on gps position of user and localization of each single WebApp, and on bluetooth beacon packages that user can receive.
This is a client application example to browse the AppNet.
WebApps are written in javascript.
NB: This application is just a demo, and it's a beta version. WebApps are locared on a remote server for demonstration, but for now are only statics examples and it's not possible to connect to other WebApps.
This app could have some visual bugs, mostly on the first start.
(I can't test this applications on a lot of different devices and android versions).
This application has been developed by the author for a project at the University of Florence (Universitá degli studi di Firenze), for the course of Human Computer Interaction.
