DemoGrafiX app is built to save a person's demographic data.

Following are some of the salient features of the app:

- This app is used to track your health over a period of time.
- The health records are shown in a nice graphical manner which shows improvement or deterioration in a certain duration.
- All of your demographics are stored in your mobile device which can be reviewed at any time.
- Ability to add/delete profiles
- Added pre-configured demographs and parameters for common problems e.g. Blood Pressure, Blood count etc.
- Ability to add/delete custom demographs and parameters
