After the purchase of 4 product i got naaptol cash of same amount from naaptol but when i m going to redeem that on product then customer care are saying purchase 1 product then only you can redeem naaptol cash. It's looted my earned naaptol cash without any notification. Terms and conditions about naaptol cash not given anywhere. Customer care executive told that you can use it any time without expiry. Now they told that it is redeemed because I am not use it within 6 months period.

Worst ,,,,whenever you buy something from naptol few days later you get a call and its a fake call that you won a tata safari and you have to deposit that much amount etc etc,, so i think aur details and phone number are not safe in contacting and purchasing with naptol very bad experience .

Worst consumer support worst return policy. I bought roti maker but the quality of this product was very bad so choose to return . They are forced me to take voucher and not money although i don't want to purchase any thing from this site. Other websites are far far better than this i will never use naaptol and tell everyone to not choose naaptol for this kind of bad very bad experience.

1st Experience with Naaptol with a Bombay Dyeing 3 double Bedsheet with 6 pillow covers and belive me guys the experience was very good. The delivery was actualy before time though I am a silver member very pleased with Naaptool.

Great. Naaptol delivered me quality blankets. First there was shipping charge of 399 and additionally i bought 1 year delivery. But luckily while delivery they gave me products without shipping costs. Also gave me free diamond subscription. Thanks naptol
