Metrozip Green for Android
1. Map tracking not working 2. The in/out timing for which ticket gets booked is also not visible. 3. There are glitches in the payment system as well.
MetroZip Green is the Worst transport provider I've ever seen. Their support staff is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, & NON COOPERATIVE. They are expert in lying and cheating. They never provide the service they boast of. I request all HIA employees not to avail this facility. Per their tagline, you can experience the DISPLEASURE of commuting.
Not able to select my pick up location as it keeps loading indefinitely. All other stops can be selected except mine. Not able to use the service even once
Worst app. Credit card or debit card option is not working. Everytime payment goes failed.

Don't opt for this service people. You guys suck way more than the other Metrozip service. My route bus was scraped in a day without any information when I even had the pass. Customer service hangs up on you when they don't have the answer. Wow professional much. You guys don't deserve to have even a single customer. Shame on you
Service is good. But these people have to be more professional. Bus service is good, drivers are also good as per my experience. Bad part mobile app is very bad and cheap. Also customer service representative people should more customer friendly also should pick calls and do their job.
Worst!! Worst!! Such a not so user friendly app. Even after being registered shows that "the user is invalid". On emterring correct password .Doesn't have a forgot password option. Should have spent a bit on app development too.
Worst Service ever ..bus on our route was discontinued without any prior notification or any other back up. They are least concerned about user issues. Helpline is doesn't have any answers for customer issue.
Pathetic app, booked two way ticket a month ago but still ticket is not generated. Tried emailing and calling customer care, they have only one answer.. your ticket will get generated. I don't know when will that happen.. amount will get debited veey easily but they don't have support to generate ticket.
It is the worst app i have ever seen the bus tracking feature is pathetic the bus doesn't come to the pickup stop even there is no customer care service these people seriously need a good developer and tester they have created a joke right now... Total waste of time and money.
Honest and short review after about 2 weeks of usage. Dont take it not worth the money. Buses neither has WiFi nor have tracking. Few buses are still as old as time itself. Drivers are like rally drivers. No pass is checked ever. Customer care is virtually non existent. Pickup is on time but pick up from drop point is always minimum 20 minutes late, and if its raining may God help you. App is a joke, website is also a joke, never will you be able to reschedule a ride. This can be ignored normal metrozip is 100 times better. Unable to even see the reschedule option gives no timings when I click drop down.
Worst app I have ever used. Trying to purchase plan for last 10 days but I couldn't..It's stuck in middle for long time. Please make it good.
They dont pick up calls, n if they pick then they cut in between. Dont use thus service!!!!!! Old buses are provided saying new will be coming in next week...and thats how half month went by....on top of this they have guts to say kindly check for next month! Today bus drive arrive early n left.. Pathetic service.... DO NOT USE this METROZIP GREEN Currently in Metrozip Green office...buses left early n now people have no choice but to take other mode of transport!
worst service. i called metro zip green number for nearly 40 times from mrng 8.20 to 8.50am. nobody picked up. not even called me back to know when my bus will arrive
Liars!!! They dont have wifi... Their app and website sucks... As well as their customer care...
I have registered but still not able to login as it says invalid user I cannot see desired stop in the list.when tried to contact the help desk people who sit in the company they have no clue about anything.they have no answers to anything you ask

Hated the Mobile app as well as its desktop site. Simply hated it.
Please make app accessible to all..as it is not working on all cell phones..i m registered user still i am not able to logon through app...ultimately i am not able to generate barcode

DO NOT USE THIS APP. App is hopeless, amount from bank is deducted but no ticket issued. Toll free number does not respond to any call. Same issue with web based site.
