Zeo Sleep Manager

I love my Zeo Coach sleep device, it helps sleep better and tells me how much REM and deep sleep I get. While Zeo Coach is out of business i am thankful they've kept the app going and you can still buy on EBay. I hope Zeo will come back, they provided a wonderful product to everyone who has sleep issues.

Never worked for me

Although they are gone but still loving the app!

The best app ever

I've used this app to track my sleep for over a year. It has worked great, but more recently, I've discovered like everyone else that it appears as if Zeo has gone out of business. There's no way to access your data, anymore unfortunately. I'll still give this app 5 stars. It still functions as a a sleep monitor pretty well, but you no longer get what you pay for when buying the device. That is, the ability to sync your data online, input morning feel and a few other things, too.

Records randomly change themselves to one day before or after, and say I've slept at the wrong times, eg 10am to 6pm. Smart wake has never worked, just goes of at the last minute every morning.

App is still good but depends on the online service that is no longer available. Extracting the data for manipulation and analysis is pain. UPDATE: Smart wake doesn't work for me neither.

I feel like this app hasn't been updated in forever. I would love for this app to feature parity with the iPhone version. I would also like to see this version give me a 7 day average of zq and total sleep.

Been using the headband for over a year now and it does work well. Let's hope Zeo can be resurrected !

Worked until I upgraded to jellybean. Now it constantly crashes. No support either. Don't buy until fixed.

Smart Alarm does not work. This is a key feature of zeo. Please fix this app

Seems to work okay for me. But the app doesn't stop running in the background. I can't get a full days use out of my phone now. Removing and this is going to ebay. My fiance gave up on it too because she couldn't get used to the headband at night.

Looses connection with the headband most evenings on the Nexus 4.

This app is overdue for an update.

I love this device - too bad it's out of business!

Not bad. But a few glitches to be sorted out.

At first I had some difficulty syncing data and pairing my phone with the bluetooth headband every night but these issues resolved themselves after a few nights. I contacted technical support and they were very responsive, curteous, and willing to solve these issues. The website is adequate and is fairly easy to navigate although it is flash based so you can't use an iPad. I actually look forward to sleeping just so I can collect more data and improve my sleeping habits. The Zeo is definitely a good buy.

For about two weeks now this app no longer works. It crashes any time I try to open it. Clicking on "Report" to report the crash causes yet another crash. I really miss being able to record my nightly sleep patterns. The inability to run the app pretty much renders my headband useless.

I love the zeo aland have been a dedicated promoter. However it seems with the last few updates the smart wake feature is no longer working which is very sad. I wish to give this app 5 stars but please fix the smart wake feature. Thank you.

Recently I wrote Zeo to see why my Smartwake wasn't working with my Samsung Galaxy S3. Got this in one response. "Zeo Sleep Manager has been developed for smart devices running Android 2.1 or higher. While Zeo Mobile should work with most Android devices, the following list has been specifically tested for compatibility. We will continue to test Zeo Mobile with new devices and will keep our website updated. Devices already tested: HTC Incredible HTC Incredible 2 HTC Nexus One HTC Sensation Motorola Droid Motorola Droid 2 Motorola DROID X Samsung Nexus S Samsung Galaxy S Samsung Galaxy S2 Sprint Epic 4g" Then when I wrote back they said this about my S3, "I understand you are running 4.1.1. As per the list I sent you, your phone has not been tested and is not yet supported." It is misleading to not state this in PLAY store and allow consumers to pay $99 for this thing then surprise, we dont' support it and are not testing the latest phones...yet? S3 came out May 2012? I don't believe my S3 is why the Smartwake isn't working, so no support no help. At least it records data. Clean up the PLAY store and make them state what this is compatible with!

The concept is amazing and I love tracking the quality of my sleep, but the smartwake functionality is one of the main reasons I got the device, and it simply doesn't work on my phone. I have an S3, which is the second most popular phone on earth, so this shouldn't be an issue. I can't wait to update my review to 5 stars when they fix this :)

I have hypersomnia and have tried other systems, haven't found anything better short of a clinical sleep study. This app makes managing my condition easier since I have hard numbers on quality and quantity of sleep, that I share with my sleep doctor. It worked great until android 4.2.1 but now is almost unusual. I got the same auto response when I emailed support as the other folks, but when I pressed them they assured me they were aware of and working on the problem. If that happens, 5 stars!

When inputting my birthdate into myzeo.com.....it doesnt go further back than 1970....needs fixed....should go back to 1920 or so...imho....will rerate better after this is fixed and i have used it.

It's a shame this company went out of business and won't be updating the app anymore. On my Galaxy S4, it keeps enabling and disabling the alarm, every couple seconds (alarm icon in the notification area disappears and reappears repeatedly). This in and of itself isn't a problem.... until you use Smart Wake (which actually works on my phone, unlike many other reviewers here). When the alarm goes off during the smart wake window, when you dismiss it, it just comes back on again within 5 seconds. The only way to turn off the alarm is to open the app and actually disable the alarm, or keep dismissing it until you reach the end of the smart wake window.

Zero worked fine until I updated to 4.2. Now it crashes as soon as I open it. This makes the zeo headband worthless.

When you contact support via phone the number listed in the self-help the number is disconnected. Via email you receive a response email stating they will look at it but will only respond via the "support portal". I first asked this two months ago and still haven't seen an answer. In their user forum there are tons of people with similar issues, none resolved. I tried to post there but it is unavailable for posting and the last post seems to be almost 4 months ago. This may seem like a harsh review for a "free" app but this app is what is used to log data from a $100 device. It serves no other purpose. My issues has made the $100 device almost useless. I would look for other alternatives to Zeo if I were you. To charge $100 and then close all support options is a scam. For the second time, the app is showing data on a future date in the application with no way to remove the data. This means that I can't see the current night's data while I am wearing the Zeo because it always shows the "newest" data.

The idea is great, the practice is not. WakeMate was good for a while, but this SmartWake never worked from day 1 should have returned it. Update::year later updated firmware and app . now it just force closes. I was able to use it one night but it didn't work at all...

Out of business. :( sad. Maybe somebody will make a sensor replacement, and reverse engineer and rebuild the app. But I doubt it.

I loved my Zeo. But the company went out of business. There is no website anymore and one can't access one's data.

Great sleep coach. I never new how little good sleep I was getting. Now I drink about 90 percent less coffer.

No longer answering support emails no phone number no chat nothing

Works and has no problems but I can't delete any of the past records! If I can then it's hard to figure out how, please fix.
