It would be better if there was an easier way to categorize routines by week or month under one folder instead if one giant list. Also, why can't I turn the timer off? If I missed something I apologize for the comment!
Love it. I bought the pro version and it's super nice to add pictures. The creator is also VERY prompt at replying to questions, and is super helpful. They've been extremely patient as I've tried to learn the tricks of this app. There are a few things that you have to learn, but once you get it, this app is great. I love being able to customize the workouts and adding different exercises. It's also neat to see others exercises and add them to your own. Definitely recommend this app for working out! It's the only one I use now!
It's a great app, but I wish you could do a few things. First, the ability to back up in case you fat finger the start button. Second, add an exercise feature completely stops the workout in progress. Third, the add an exercise feature should put the new exercise as the next exercise, right now it goes to the front.
takes a little bit of setting up, but once you've done that its a great app to track. I'm really tempted by the pro features, just wish there was some screenshots of some of these features like the Stats and graphs before i commit.
Absolutely love this app! I have been trying to find an app that I can customize and create my own workout and I have finally found the perfect one that I always imagined. This is perfect for someone like me who does a lot of dancing and stretching as well as regular working out so being able to create the exercises and Reps and time length is a huge Plus for me. The amount of customization also makes this app really great and perfect for me. The only thing I will say that I wish was a little different was that instead of just one muscle group you could select multiple so if an exercise targeted your core and your legs you would be able to say that it does those two instead of only being able to pick one because then you could see all the exercises that use your legs even if some of them are legs and core or legs and arms.
This is a great app, whose only drawback is that you are unable to manually enter information in the history tab, making it impossible to record workouts that you didn't have your phone on you for. You can log the workout later, but doing so records the time you spent in it, so the 30 seconds it took to click through each exercise is logged as your total workout time which skews your entire stats. If this were fixed the app would deserve 5 stars without a doubt.
I LOVED this app until I received the ridiculously rude, closed minded response from the creator, or whoever is in charge of responding to reviews. I suggested after someone creates a workout, you should have a calorie burned estimator tool, based on the work out routine and the time it was performed, which would NOT be "selling lies to people" as the app creator rudely accused me of suggesting in their response to my review! I am suggesting an ESTIMATE not a guarantee, lots of apps have calorie burned estimates based on workouts, time performed and the person's age and weight. Don't support the jerk behind this app
Allows you to create your own HIIT workouts and play the whole workout with the timer keeping you in track. Simplistic but awesome. Can you guys make a cardio app just like it?
Was abit confusing at first but once I toyed around and had a look at it all its very simple to use and is slouch easier then carrying sheets of paper. I love it!
I really love this app. It's like being in a workout class created by you and and your speed. As well what you can do. Because you can customize it the way you want to. I really appreciate it alot. It's like making a real live workout plan. Has the rest button on site, timer, reminder, and much more. It's like having a personal trainer on your phone. I love it.
Plz increase the rep range the last rep range is 99 plz...increase rep range like 200 to 300 max... i hope so you may read this and make a immediate action asap
This is exactly what I have been looking for, for awhile now. Gladly paid for the upgrade right away. Just used the app and it's awesome. Been using this app for a few months now. Still love it. It's so good I would even pay yearly subscription????
Very easy to navigate, perfect for keeping a track of timing and stats when working out. Means you can focus 100% on pumping iron without worrying what's coming next! Thoroughly recommended.
Great app for designing your own workout or programing in a workout provided by a PT so you can keep up at home. Can be used to program several different workouts.
This app is great it is very simple to use and I can benefit from it. Everything works accordingly, I can now set up rest between exercises. Thanks!
I like the ability to enter my own exercises, but also the catalog of exercises in case I can't think of a way to strengthen a certain muscle.
Easy to use, it's a good app. I wish I could make a superset routine inside a workout routine but I have found a way to do that yet.
Would be great if I had the feature to copy exercise from one routine to another.
Would be nice to be able to add more reps for my sets. Example 3 sets - reps 6,8,10
Useful but the "workout reminders" function is very confusing and doesn't even work.
Great so far. I really like the idea that others can share a workout they're using. You can obviously share yours as well.
I am really enjoying this app! The layout is really simple and easy to learn and it's got a design that's very pleasing to the eye.
Does what it says - for a higher rating, please consider adding a feature to switch exercises when a routine is already started.

Easy to set up, the new update makes the screen much clear whilst you are working. The timer no longer disappears I value the timer as it helps power through the session. The data is much larger and clearer (don,t need my glasses now). Advance button to the next set is larger a godsend when you are shaking from your last set. All in all a very good update.
