We were receiving our direct deposits regularly from work every week. Up til last week when boost wouldn't release the funds. Called the customer service and requested they return funds to employer. But they claimed that you must speak to a program manager then give you a 877 to call and it routes you back to the customer service who says you can't reach program manager due to "high call volume" then tell you someone will call you back. No one calls you back. UPDATE: they finally sent the money back.

This is the best app for fraudulence, hands down. Now, put your Hands up!

I've been using this app for 2 years now and its really convenient and useful. I also really love that it's been keeping every transaction record (in detail) that I've made. The only problem thus far is the app not processing my checks, I use good lighting and a clean background with clear photos but it still shows an error message. This is really frustrating and disappointing.

Do Not Use! There are always problems. Have had this service for almost 2 years now. During that time, they have had constant technical problems, which included not being able to use the card because of "technical problems", not being able to sign in because of "technical problems" and now quick check isn't working because of "technical problems". This first happened to me two weeks ago. I let it go the first week, but called customer service the second week and they told me of the "technical problems" and said they didn't have a clue as to what was wrong or when it would be fixed, but told me I should "expect problems, after all, it's just an app". Now, we are in week three and the quick check is still down and again, they have no idea why or when it will be up. Customer service is terrible. I had to call Action 9 News to even get someone on the phone who could help when the whole system was down. When it works, it's great as long as you don't need to call Customer Service. Terrible, awful, dreadful and utterly useless and frustrating customer service. Problems have become too frequent and too drawn out. NOT RELIABLE. AVOID!! Is A.K.A. BOOST MOBILE WALLET!

Been waiting for my money for FOUR MONTHS. THEY claim it's been escalated, won't let me talk to a higher up.

I use this for direct deposit but I'm going to let it go and get green dot this app has gotten so horrible it's always unavailable and I can never quick load checks

They lost record of my account! Where's my money? Are you gonna tell my landlord I can't pay rent or feed my starving body because your took my money and then lost record of my account? WTF? Thank god I have a lawyer!

Picture is more clear then the air in front of you still says error can t believe this app is stupid and a ] joke couldn't get any check to clear

Could not sign in.. every time I put in my email and password it says incorrect. Then when I go to forget password it says error. And then when I go to "sign up" it says my account is already registered..

Downloaded app call the Customer Support since within 5 seconds of depositing the check in question it would instantly decline. You will get the runaround Wipit will tell you its Cenergy that declined the check and back and forth no one will ever give you a real reason why your check will not deposit does not matter if it's handwritten or professionally done by ADP like mine was everytime within 5 seconds they all decline total waste of system and customer support just keep don't get this app waste of time. I see Wipit's response to my review I called and called and called and got the run a round your reps will say it was not our decision but Cenergy's and still no help you are better off going to some fly by night check cashier where they can get 10% of the check's value unless direct deposit they will blow you off. worthless app and card.

Checks clear as day! . . . I've been trying to submit checks countless times, following the directions to a tee, extremely well lit, clear pictures but still declined! I honestly do not get it! I really wish it was easy to use.

It's a must have, for your wallet!

I tried downloadig the app from a phone running a lollipop rom. The app does not show. When should I expect the app to support lollipop roms? I have an LG Optimus G Pro with a lollipop rom.

App is terrible every check I try to deposit gets declined and it's very irritating. I have done everything they have told me and still doesn't work.not happy at all.
