This app is not user friendly. It looks nice but you really have to dig deep to find what you are looking for. I still cant figure out how to place an order for pick up. I only have it for the coupons you get. They need to trim it down to what is really needed to make it more simple. If you compare this to the Shoppers Drug Mart app...it is night and day.

It's about time grocery delivery made a comeback and I love it! Groceries delivered right to my front door. No struggling with heavy bags, no long line-up, no going out in the miserable cold. It's brilliant! That said, I would love to see more housewares available online. I would also like more opportunities to earn Save-on-More points.

It would be nice to modify or delete the lists I save. And, the cart instructions deletes itself if you leave the page for any reason. We have tree nut allergies but like the substitute items option. Typically I make a note about the allergy for the personal shopper. If I forget something and leave the page, it deletes my instructions. It would be helpful if it saved.

Absolutely love this app as I can now conveniently shop from home or shop in store keeping track of the total cost. Points are integrated together and the coupons are awesome! The one last thing they need to implement is when I view two or more similar items, the pictures are really small. It would be beneficial if we can enlarge it to view the correct items to add to our cart. Then I will give it five stars! Update: new review- have trouble connecting and some glitches...please fix!

I've had to reinstall this app 3 times and like so many others I have huge issues loading the coupons. It is widespread - my regular store cashiers are scanning the paper ones on a regular basis because so many folks are having issues. It's a shame because other features are not bad.

It works well but it's a hassle to get the same day pick-up even if you order an hour before the cut off time. So it's pretty much a crap shoot if you will be able to pick up the same day. At best you need to order 24hrs before you go pick up anything. I just hope you don't need pharmaceuticals if you are using this time wasting app

Can't sign in, says I don't exist yet online no issues! Super buggy, old app was crap as well. Such a shame they don't store print coupons anymore! I'm missing out on so many points because they don't fix their app. Issues are even after re downloading it for the 4th time. Not impressed.

The app was good, until it stopped working completely. One day the app wouldn't even open anymore. When it did work it was good, I was able to search for products and find them very easily since everything was categorized. Wish it still worked.

App won't open anymore! Used to use it all the time but it just stopped loading. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled it. Will have to go back to carrying my card. Super disappointing.

Whenever I try to login it will tell me that I've entered incorrect info. I tried the exact same email/password and it worked on your website so the issue lies within the app.

Seriously whoever built this app needs to reconsider what they do for a living cause they suck at building apps. 10 years ago I would expect this but this app is crap. It is so buggy, it won't even let me sign in. Wants me to register which I've already done on the old app and the fact my ex has my card I have no idea what the activation code is to be able to complete registration...again. Guess I'll just stick with Sobeys and Air Miles for me and our daughter and she can stick with Save on.

My wife and I both had the old app on our phones and we could both update our shopping list with ease. When we were forced to get this new app, we had difficulty making a shared list, which was one of the great features of the old app. I'm currently having trouble even figuring out how to do this on my own phone, let alone both of us using it. Searching through each category to find items is taking forever. Please make this better ASAP.

Had issues logging in so I have up, months ago. Tried again today and same problem. No issues creating account but login doesn't work.

Terrible. This app doesn't let me sign in, crashes if I try to scan my rewards card, and doesn't seem to be getting updates or have anyone responding to these reviews. Try Stocard if you want a general purpose wallet.

I can make my list and know exactly how much I'm spending. Great for my budget! All my receipts are kept on the app my points my previous purchases and it's never been so easy just shop and check and done!

This app is buggy, requires way too many permissions, and has a convoluted registration process. It's so much easier to just use a card storage app.

Fix the App... Save on Foods is currently marketing the app only to frustrate more customers. Get your priorities straight. We would think such big Corp could afford a 'working' app?

Like so many people have said, cannot log into app. Unbelievable that people have noted this for months and yet it has not been fixed. Useless essentially.

I used to love this App!! But then with a new update it will no longer accept my credit card information for payment and comes up with an error message. I have tried it several times now but it never works. Please bring back the old one so I can shop online again!!!

Same problem the coupons do not show says Website unavailable. I am a cashier at a Save on and have seen this happen several times with the customers. It needs to be fixed. .

The coupons do not show up when I try to bring them up to get scanned by the cashier. Very frustrating especially when the cashier doesn't have the coupon.

Many times when trying to add an item it comes back with an error that I can't do that right now. Internet connection is fine. Frustrating.

Good thing I didn't Uninstall the old app. This one sucks! won't let me login at all! Old app still let's me. Uninstalling. App seems half assed compared to Loblaws's version

No idea why this app is getting so many negative reviews. I considered not downloading it at first because of it, but glad I did. Runs very smooth, and it's easy to navigate.

I'm not sure why this app keeps getting worse. I never receive a prompt to login even when things are connection based. The old app was awesome, I'm too frustrated to even leave a good review, especially with this terrible Google Play review UI

The app is pretty much garbage. It tells me that I have invalid credentials and logs me out. I have a valid account set up and I know what these credentials are because I set them up. It's not worth the frustration so I deleted it.

They dont list the kind of bread we buy so the app is completely useless to me

3 minutes from arriving for pickup and driving away with my order for the next week. Easy search feature and ability to create and reuse shopping lists.

I had been using this app without major problems for months and months, and then it stopped working entirely with the last update. I've tried deleting and reinstalling and nothing works.

When trying to sign in to it, it keeps telling me that my email/password combination is incorrect. I've signed in to it on a desktop. That works no problem.

The whole point of this app is for the coupons which rarely work. Navigation is cumbersome, interestingly organized. The iOS version seems to be better

Frustrating that Save on has made this app the only way to collect points but the app is completely broken. I have a number of issues with this app, the primary one being that the coupons won't load AT ALL. If I click the coupon tab is just takes me to a broken webpage, so I can't collect points that I earn from shopping at save on or use coupons. Considering that is the reason i need this app, this is unacceptable! Furthermore, the entire app is slow and glitchy with many other issues! Needs to be fixed!

Unable to select my local store. Reinstalled then couldn't log in. All it was good for was showing my card to the cashier and now I can't even do that.

App is painful to use. Takes for ever to load just to tell you to log in again. Coupons haven't work since they changed from the old app. BRING BACK THE OLD APP!

Every single time I try to use the card, it logs me out and I can't use the card entered. I have to use my card on keyring App and then go to the save on app to try to get the coupons and it tells me I have expired and I can't get the points!

I can log in to the website just fine, but can't in the app. I wanted to replace carrying my card with the app, but I'm stuck still carrying it.

Won't even open. I've been trying to get it to work all week and now have to miss out on this week's deals. Not impressed.

First it wouldn't remember my store so I had to enter that every time, then it started signing me out every time I used it, now it won't let me log in at all. Frustrating because I did like the flyer and coupon access when it worked.

The check out is a mess. You pick a delivery day and it showed up as the next day not the day I picked and it was within the time constraints. Then tried paying and it kept going error try again later. And I tried later and it's the same. So it doesn't do what it's supposed to do. Broken and sad

While this app is somewhat improved over last version, the inability to view points total is a big down fall of this version. As another reviewer mentioned, the card should be the first thing that loads, with coupon link with the card. I gave it 3 stars because it does load very quickly, meaning I don't waste anyone's time in line up, if I forget to load the app before leaving home. Fix the points total and card on main page, and I would rate this 5 stars. - - since update you now have to login constantly
