This app SUCKS. Use the scanner once and will not work again unless you uninstall and reinstalled. Called customer support to report issue about 2 weeks ago, still waiting on a call back. Don't waste your time. If you can't scan items into the list the app is pretty useless.

Miss the coupons, edeal & txt deals that use to show up:(

This app was much better when you could load coupons to your card. Now it's only good for making a list or looking at circulars. I use the CVS app and do much less shopping at Brookshires. I need convenience and unfortunately this app has gotten less convenient and is not keeping up with other stores. Sadly there is not a grocery store in this small town that does keep up with technology.

Recently moved to Tyler, Tx where pretty much the only grocery store is Brookshires/ Super One. I loved Kroger because I could add coupons to my card and use them at the store, with Brookshires I've got to go back to the old way and search for them and clip them. Pretty disappointing considering how big the company is.

Up until last week I was able to see the e-deal and the text-deal when I looked at my shopping list. This is no longer the case. That and no digital coupons makes it a waste of time. I do get an email with the e-deal, but haven't received a text deal in at least half a year.

Beware shopping at bookshires. I recently had a plastic bottle of bookshires brand prune juice explode in my fridge. Blew open the fridge door and juice went everywhere and ruined my carpet. Bookshires refuses to take of the issue and passed the buck to the juice maker. Bookshires will not even return voicemails or emails. Very sad considering I shop there every day . As of 11.28.17 Joan goecking, with risk management of bookshires, still claims absolutely no responsibly for a product they sold and is branded bookshires prune juice. It's a shame, no wonder there closing stores with this kind of management

I uploaded to use digital coupons but not any...Even though my store promotes the app for digital coupons. Guess I have to drive 20 miles to shop at Kroger's since there app has coupons! Fix the problem please!

This store is expensive enough. Now the coupons aren't available temporarily. Even when they are available the coupons list if about half of what other stores offer.

Extra savings on sometimes already decently priced items. And the ability to see what's on sale locally without going in to the store, love the app.

Five star if someone can tell me how I can change my customer card number on the app. We have a new one but I can't remove the old one.

well I wanted update my phone that is supposed to be the only number on file but it still keeps on sending to a wrong number I wish the number I change to will be the one the dumb app will update my Brookshires records so far it still needs code that I've verified already over and over to the other phone

Downloaded for coupons and they are not currently available. Waste of time so far...

What's the point of the app with no coupon downloads? Was going to go shopping there today but I'll be taking my business elsewhere

Used to adore this app but after no longer having load to card coupons and now the club coupons are gone it's not as beneficial for me to use this app or shop there

I'd like the add to card coupons back and would love to see the double and triple on coupons back too.

I am unable to change any personal information online or on the app?

Adding a search function would help! It's hard to find some items, and then there's times no staff are around to ask.

The app has always been good til now but now nothing shows up on the list anytime everything is like it is gone!!!

The employees very nice as well as the management and the baggers are great. I love the Brookshire in Palestine Texas.

I like using the app, but I need to be able to change the order of things on my list to earn 5 Stars.

I wish you had coupons on this app. That would be so helpful. About all I use it for is to see how many points I have for fuel.

Still no coupons, 2 months .... Yet my store is still advertising this app with them.

It is not easy to use. I couldn't find search option. Its not user friendly. Please make a redo on this app. Walmart app is so simple to search and find in right aisle as well.

My main problem with this app is that I can't search products

For those of us living on a budget it woukd be nice if the shopping cart gave you a price amount.

My points haven't updated since February of 2016. My app is completely up to date too. Had to go to a desktop computer to be able to update my phone number after cancelling our house line. Text deals not uploading to the card even though the cell number and card number were correct on the account information. Thankfully I saved my text and they were able to override it at the register. Only ever had one card so that's not the issue.

I love the app and being able to collect points to use for gas or groceries. HOWEVER I WISH THAT WE THE CUSTOMER HAD A CHOICE OF HOW MANY POINTS WE WANT TO USE WHEN PURCHASING GASOLINE. PLEASE GIVE US THIS OPTION. I HATE USING ALL MY POINTS ON HALF A TANK WHEN ID BE HAPPY BEING ABLE TO CHOOSE HOW MUCH I WANT TO SAVE.

It functions to see the ad or your points but does not allow you to access or change basic account information or clubs.

Update: when i first used this app it was good but it is actually great now..... love this app super handy when shopping

The app works fine but someone is managing to steal points from not only me but my husbands Co worker. I hope someone that reads this can help.
