ACME Markets

I have spoken to customer service 2-3 times just to be able to login with my phone number. They can see my account information and the lack of interconnectivity, but have yet to get it fixed. The last time I called I did get a case number to followup on with them they said it may take awhile. I think it may be time to write to Albertsons directly and report how bad the support actually is and how it looks for their company.

THE COUPONS ARE NOT COMING OFF OF MY CLIPPED LIST. Look further in to the gas terms and conditions UPDATE 3/29/17: The coupon bug got fixed. Now when my husband and I go to the gas pump, we apparently have no rewards. When I in fact have quite a few redeemable 10 cent rewards. It seems to be one thing or another with this app. In my eyes it's only useful for coupons and a shopping list

The app shows our points correctly. But when we try to use them for gas, it doesn't work. Stating "invalid number". Could this program be more bait than benefit? Appears so.

Love Acme. The only problem is their website has different hours from the store so i have driven here at times and they'd be closed.

I started shopping at Acme for gas rewards but, for the past 5 weeks I haven't received any rewards. May have to go back to Shoprite, prices are lower.

Won't let me make a new account. Connected to the internet but keeps timing out

The app is tracking my purchases but does not give me credit for those purchases. They need to fix this

This app is a waste of time.

I can get the ads from the website so I don't need it for that. There are a million different apps to track a list so I don't need it for that. The store never asks for or explains how going from a scan card to this MyMixx benefited me, it seems as if they created it to scam customers out of the benefit. This app seems pretty useless to me. Edit...this may be more of an Acme review, but I tried to turn to the app and found no answers. MyMixx and Sunocco rewards appear to be unaccessable by design...it's like they are purposefully trying to make it hard for you to use...what gives Acme?

This app sucks. I cant login with fb it says cant update ny information to check back well this has been a month. I try to receive my email to recover password it says they have no email with that name on file so i try to make a new account and it says that email is already been used. So frustrating dont download app its just a headache.

Need way to delete coupon from list. Some paper coupon for same product worth more. Also email address to send shopping list should be defaulted to email address on record

This app is junk. There is no way to confirm or adjust your "mymixx" information. There is no scannable barcode for the user to present. This is not user friendly.

After 3 tries with support from corporate to fix rewards portion of app still not corrected. Until corrections are made I cannot give a higher rating.

Rewards program is a complete fraud. Authorities should look at this.

I love the ability to make a shopping list right from the ads.

This store is an excellent market i truly enjoy ahopping here plenty of savings. I also left an item and the store managers helped me get that item to me

There is no way to pull up you mymixx card number. I tried to find it on the app and it just isn't there. I have moved 3 times since originally having an Acme card so I have no idea what the phone number it is under. So these clipped coupons don't mean anything to me since I can't use them.

So far I went to 2 gas stations that had the flags and were on the website and so far I couldn't use my points for gas. I was told that they got the flags but the program was not connected. First I went to the one in Wallington and a few days later I went to the on in Elmwood Park NJ and at both I was told that I can't use my points. I have points that are going to expire and I can't find a gas station near me to use them. How far am I supposed to drive to use my points.

ACME deliberately disguises their prices with their advertising to prevent people from comparing prices. They do this by using several different deceitful practices; they will offer a % off, if you buy say, "6 or more", but don't actually LIST the price, or by offering smaller package sizes for similarly-priced items at other stores. Download a Shopping app for almost ANY other store, look through the ACME circular, and compare prices & sizes. -Even basic necessities like Eggs, meat or Bread are MUCH more expensive at ACME. AND THE NAME BRAND QUALITY IS THE SAME. Don't believe the B.S.

Can never get my phone number to work I get emails I have the app I get alerts but everytime I go to use my phone number it won't come up which means coupons are no good

When using the coupon feature it does not double your coupons. This is a problem for me and probably everyone else wanting to save money. I take all this time to clip them and acme doesn't bother to redeem them as doubled?

I was in the store tonight put my phone number in 2 times did not work cashier put it in 3 times it did not work never got my points

Horrible app cant ever find what im looking for i dont even know why I try using it every now & than.

Have tried several times over 6 months never works. Have tried at checkout and still doesn't work. Will shop at giant from now on.

I tried several times to download the ACME app & it doesn't work with my android phone.

Easy to use and I love the gas point that the mymixx saves me

No need to scour the advertisement with this convenient application.
