Open the app, set your parameters (weight, height, container capacity, be careful, data must be entered with decimal, for example height in decimal format and not in X'X" format) and use as many time you want the Plus button to add your water consumption, or coffee or juice.

New: One way to know your hydratation is to have a look on the color of your urine. A new section containing a set of color allows you to do the comparison and understand what it means (be careful, this section does not replace the advice of a medical expert).

Finally a system of notification alerts you of the need to hydrate (the app notify you from 8am until 10pm per interval of 90 minutes)
