About Symphony by WaterFurnace
Symphony is a WiFi enabled comfort platform that’s unsurpassed in its ease of use, features and capabilities. It provides detailed system feedback in real-time and the tools to control it. Symphony marries the Aurora controls of your WaterFurnace geothermal unit with the Aurora Weblink router, providing access to your equipment from practically anywhere. Symphony is cloud-based so there’s no software to install and provides control over your entire geothermal system - not just the thermostat as in other ‘smart thermostat’ systems.
Symphony allows you to:
• View and control your geothermal system’s operation from anywhere using a laptop, smart phone or tablet using an intuitive dashboard for quick access to your unit’s status, operation history, alert history, and energy usage.
• Remotely control temperatures and programs for up to 6 zones (requires the IntelliZone2 zoning system).
• Observe and track your unit’s energy use for the last 13 months.
• Provide equipment performance data to dealers for remote monitoring and diagnosis (Premium package required).
• Receive equipment alerts and service reminders (as well as your dealer) via email and texts (Premium package required).

No history available. WaterFurnace has a strangle hold on data. They said they don't want to answer questions customers might have as a result of having access to it. Symphony has also lost connectivity and needed to be reset.

It works. More info would be nice. A quick away button that you set the perimeters on before hand would be great, so when you know no one is home, you can set it back with just the touch of a button, then hit it again to restore.

Would like to easily set an away mode from the app for my entire device. Would like to have it notify when usage combined with temperature shows something is out of whack, like perhaps there is a window or door open (kids do the craziest things). I would like to be able to go into a demand response mode for maximum efficiency, as my utility offers rebates during these times, perhaps integrating precooling or scheduled Dr events. And of course amazon Alexa integration, what temp and make it warmer...

The application is off to a good start. I like the simple and sleek interface. I agree with others about desire to have historical data and additional measurements like loop temperature on mobile application. I would also like to use this tool as demo and show real data points to sell others on waterfurnace and geothermal. This is my second geothermal system, and first waterfurnace. So far i am impressed.

I love this. It is simple and well done. Would I like more data? Sure, but for what it is for, this works perfectly. Additional data I would like to see on mobile would be: Historical Energy Use - Like the web portal Loop Field Temperature - Like the web portal. The only reason I really want to see this data is so I can show it off. I am OK with going to the browser for more in depth stuff.

This app is ok. It shows the status of the system and the schedule, but why can't it have the history of energy usage like the web app? That's what I really want to show people when I'm bragging about my system.

The week and day graphs show nothing, the only graph that shows anything is the month graph. Glitch?
