MyWash - On-Demand Laundry app for Android
Its been 6 days have given my clothes for washing, i haven't got any update regarding when I'll be getting my clothes back. I have reported the same with customer support as well, first they requested the time slot of 10am-12pm to deliver and when I called them back after 1pm they have again requested a time between 6pm to 8pm, have waited for whole night and even today till now was waiting for my clothes. Twice have tried reaching to the customer support number but was of no use!!!
Bullshit my wash didn't give my clothes after 7 days I ordered on 7th Nov delivery date is 10th. Nobody informed me I calling everyday customer executive is telling you will get today tomorrow. Today is 14 still I didn't get my clothes. Really disappointed
Now that HouseJoy has bought MyWash, the app does not work anymore. But I loved the app when it worked and it was very friendly. I hope you guys continue to give the best Laundry Service even after merging with HouseJoy..
My new trouser colour was gone and one new T-shirt' collar rope gone missing. When I sent them mail about it they never reverted back and their call centre number, nobody answered the phone. Pathetic Service. Be careful while giving then expensive clothes.
One of my t shirts has been missing. They said they would call me the next day regarding compensation but haven't received any call for 3 weeks. Tired of calling them. They don't even remove the smallest stains.
2months old I have not received my clothes and they have never turned back about my complaint to resolve. I'm not going to leave. Don't fool around ur customers. Very bad services.
My try at using the app annoyed me so much that I uninstalled. Number gets verified but doesn't go to next page.
Last tym i had given my clothes foe washing and iron and than in return they had torn my shirt plus in the next order i placed the pick up 8pm on 6th January and nobody called me plus they have rescheduled it automatically to 8th January. So i suggest all not to use this kind of services
They delivered clothes 2 days late and every time I called the customer care they gave a different time.
No verification code has been sent to the contact number even after several attempts. Waste app needs improvements.
Pickup never happened. Customer Care dont pickup calls, no reply to mail or message. Another useless app!
I thought of getting my bed sheets washed from my wash... and after they were washed, they were smelling... not one but all the 5 bed sheets I gave for washing...complete money waste, would recommend if you are reading my review, don't go for it
I have lost my one shirt and the executives sitting on customer care centre are saying that they will call me back and had not call. This thing has happened 5 times.
Guys! Didn't expect that you can't even implement the verification process properly. Tried multiple times but never received stupid verification code. Didn't even get a chance to use your service lol... Ops team watch out for guy who implemented this. :p. Spare me who takes 3 minutes to send a code bad UX on that front. In others apps this get done in max 30 sec.
Customer Care number is switched off. Mobile app and website both are not working. I think the company is closed.
Quality of washing, delivery time not proper, duplicate invoice :- charging services tax 14 percentage. without tin number, service number, licence number. Same is conveyed to you kindly resolve same.
they dont pick up d calls or respond to the msgs. dont hv any sense of responsibility for the orders they take. disappointed

Rubbish App. Used the website once and doesn't let me log in through the app. Liked your prompt response towards solving the issue that I was facing. Thank you MyWash.
The phone number gets verified but doesn't go to the next page. Inspite of repeated verification the app doesn't open
First time experience was very bad I agree that I didn't applied coupon but customer care people promised that they will give the discount manually while the time our delivery executive comes to give the clothes but tried calling your pathetic customer care service number no one was there to answer the call... And I have to pay the full amount that's not an issue but don't make any false promises to anyone
There is no proper tracking mechanism for clothes. I gave 12 clothes for wash and iron. At the time of delivery itself I noticed 1 Jeans missing but there is no option to report it in the app. I am calling mywash customer care from past 2 weeks and every time new customer care person picks up and says "System says all 12 clothes delivered". No proper complain mechanism so that I get a complain number for reference.
We plan and give items to laundry and should be delivered as per the delivery time without fail. Disliked the service.
I was trying the service for the first time. They called me and said pick-up will be a bit late but neither they picked nor did they call back. And when I tried the live chat I waited for half an hour but they didn't reply at all...
Very very bad service in yeshwantpur, malleshwaram, bangalore. they setup wrong expectations (thru the app) and then you have to call them 100s of times to pick up and then deliver your order. more over there are multiple times they will just cancel your order without informing you (and you have no idea about it - you keep waiting for them!). i would highly recommend sbricks and housejoy in these areas. i have used them only once or twice here (as opposed to mywash which i had used 3-4 times) - they are much better...
In the beginning the service was good..After that nobody gives a damn about your order..noboady responds to your mail neither call..though price are less for laundry but it you guys have failed in reataing commitment to customer satisfaction ..very poor..
Never delivers on stipulated time. Clothes are most certainly not treated like celebrity and hardly get cleaned. The dirt in the clothes will get ironed over, that's it. Worst thing happened when they ruined my T-shirt by ironing over its rubber print and then claiming no responsibility for it afterwards.
The verification code is been a major problem despite several attempts. The online process of booking is also not up to the mark. Somehow my records have been erased n still awaiting for delivery of clothes. One of the worst experiences.
I just gave a try for initial stage. Their service was good and more than what I expected. I was giving almost 3 times a month. Last two services were not good. The dirt in the collar and the pant end was not washed properly. I asked the pickup guy if they can wash a hand made bed, and he said yes. When I got it delivered, they didn't even wash it and not even card to inform me about it. Hereafter I'm going with Sancy's Laundrette. They don't have pick-up. But their service is good. Shane on you MyWash.
No Commitment, guys please don't waste your time, spoiled festive plans, lesson learnt is take care of your clothes wash. Self care is the best. Not to depend on these crap services.
Worst service ever.. Please read reviews before you book. MyWash is just to cheat people. I have my pant and the t shirt still in mywash for past 2 weeks. Hell service. I hate it.. Useless application. Fuc* off idiots
Love your service but dislike your app. Literally unusable. Can't even do booking in one go properly through app. Crashes every time it comes to syncing screen. Hoping app will also become as good as your service.
App - not so good. Pricing - other laundry service apps like laundryanna have better prices. Quality - not so good wash. Sometimes, felt like returned as given. Operational capability- not so good, as they operate only selective areas and not a proper response after u order and they can't serve.
Need to write a lot, they are limiting the words. Brief, the worst service providers I ever used. Customer service is useless, doesn't care even a bit about the users. Order 8-10pm slots for pickup, they will come at 11.30pm. Asks for delivery date and delays it by over a week, repeatedly. Dress is damaged. Customer service says "I will call back after talking to concerned team", "I suggest u to wait". No mention on how many days, or months to wait. This happened more than once. Arrogant customer care execu
1.I don't want to regret the great service availed earlier... 2.Feel bad that the value and efficiency of the service is diminishing day by day. 3.Clothes picked are delayed by 2 days and aren't delivered at the scheduled time too! 4.Supervisors and Customer Care dont pick calls! 5App shows wrong schedule timings and has glitches... 6.Bad service experience!!
They cancelled the booking twice and didn't bother telling me about it. I had to wait for 2 hours and finally call the call center only to know that the booking is being cancelled
Never got the SMS, calling customer care number didn't help either

Worst compantly ill mannered staff bad service will damage your clothes and say it was already damaged when received..this company will close very soon..guys do not use their service.
