Can't see it doing anything else at the moment. Standard Soft back key takes you out of the app rather than to previous screen which is annoying. In app forward and backward keys don't seem to be very helpful either. An improvement on the previous app that just didn't work, but I'm just going to use a shortcut.

I have never left feedback on an app before. But Cant believe how bad this is. All i want to see what is on at my local cinema then what is actually on. Thats is. Revert back to the old one until you can sort out this dross.

Z70%
by Z####:

Used to be an okay app but since being updated it is completely useless. It just throws up an error when trying to list the films on any cinema. It does this on both my phone and tablet. The developers should be sacked and never allowed to go near a computer ever again.

Z70%
by Z####:

Many design faults too numerous to relate here. Slow and horrible to navigate. For anyone simply wanting showtimes for their local Vue or a particular film it's quicker and far far easier to merely ask Google.

Z70%
by Z####:

Incredibly slow and hard to navigate. Style over substance at its worst. All I want to know is what's on, when and where. Flashy graphics contribute nothing to this. A Google search is 5 times quicker and more effective. Uninstalled :-(

All you have done is drag vue website & stuck it onto the android version. All I want from the app is to be able to find whats on at the cinema. (Like the old app used to do first page was a list of cinemas) Not trying to fit the website onto the android version. Also the book now at the bottom of the page is far to big for the size of mobile phones screens. How about moving it to beside the VUE logo. So when you move the page you don't keep hitting it.

by Z####:

Not a very good app, just a poor version of the website. No good at all. With all the money the company makes you would think they can afford proper developers.

Original app worked really well. This new one is a complete failure.

Z70%
by Z####:

It takes a whole bunch of terrible to motivate me to write a review. All I can say is: "Why does Vue hate its customers THIS much?"

C70%
by C####:

If you hired professionals to do this app then they should hang their heads in shame. It's about as intuitive and easy to use as a field of demented geese. Just awful.

Z70%
by Z####:

But that's about all I can find. All I want I'd a list of what films are on today's at my local cinema, you know, like the old app used to do. Using google is a better way of accessing what's on and when than the "app" itself.

P70%
by P####:

Started on one star as poor practice to not let customers know the app changed, was wondering why the app wasn't working till I went to search vue to reinstall it to discover the version I had on my phone was no longer listed on play store and this new app has appeared. UPDATE: was all downhill from there, wish I could rate 0, lazy response to fact that the website was better than the app, the way forward would be to make a proper app, not just release a shell for the website, waste of storage space

So how about it returning from the film details to the cinema listings? Guess the marketing department didn't think user testing was A Thing.

Z70%
by Z####:

Just made my first booking with no problems at all, the only thing I would say is that it's a bit slow to respond, I would be nice to have a PayPal option of paying or be able to reserve seats and pay for them when you arrive.

J70%
by J####:

Can they scrap this app and give us the old one back.

Z70%
by Z####:

Very bad app, it's not user friendly at all and not designed well for mobile interface.

Z70%
by Z####:

not worth comment

F70%
by F####:

The update awful.

Z70%
by Z####:

Literally just a wrapper for the website.

Z70%
by Z####:

I love the app I love the vue just watched arival yesterday

Z70%
by Z####:

Can't click on any cinema without getting an error. Listing films shows every film from the year except what's actually on. Clicking any film tells me it's not showing or throws an error. Feels terribly outdated and gives a very bad impression of Vue.

Didn't do anytjing I expected. Have uninstalled.
