The app is not simple to manipulate. I would want a touch and go app clearly showing how to add and remove bundles and warning if a chargeable activities s about to be undertaken just like bank apps. In banking applications nothing surprises you. In Vodafone system everything is beyond your control. It's so unfair.

This app should have been transferred from my old phone, which worked fine. It hasn't. Went back to store who transferred data. They tried and advised me to contact tech department as it was beyond them. It turns out that the tech department wasn't able to come up with an answer that I hadn't already tried. So back to the store yet again. Something is not fit for purpose. Not happy.

I want to be able to say: "No" without having to say: "No thanks" when you ask me to rate your app. I might say: "No thanks" and mean it if i lived in a world where i enjoyed like paying extra money to walk around advertising the names of diverse clothes manufacturers and so on, but i don't. I customer. I king in my world.

Haven't been able to log in for almost a year now. Tried taking phone to Vodafone shop, but they weren't interested and told me to phone support. Phoned support, that was a horrific ordeal I can face going through again. Couldn't have been less helpful.

Stupid app is stupid. Doesn't work properly, and constantly asks for you to set your pin number. At least 3 times in the last week. What's the point in having a pin if it has to be set every other day? Never seems to work properly. Also continually asks you to "log in with mobile data so we can recognise you, you'll only have to do this once". Once my arse, it's every other day! For a company such as Vodafone, with their vast resources and telecommunication network, you'd think a properly functioning app would be within the realms of their capabilities. Seems not. Absolute junk.

Unfortunately, if you port your old number over on more than one account this app becomes useless as you can't log in to anything without many chats with the helpline. Even after five long chats I still have access to only one of my accounts. Very frustrating.. If these problems were to be solved this would be a great tool to keep track of what the kids have left on their allowances.

Been on to Vodafone so many times now can't remember password and won't let me even with help from Vodafone . supposed to be someone lookinging in to it not heard anything can't use it so if it would let me I would give it 0 stars

Software at the alpha testing stage shouldn't be released to the public. After many failed attempts to login using the credentials that work just fine on the Vodafone web site, I eventually managed to gain access, only to be greeted with messages informing of technical problems. Poor.

It does the job, the costumer care are brilliant, glad I went contract with them, ordered phone in morning and was ready for store pick up for just after 6pm same day (about 2 month ago) love it

What i think about Vodafone ? Is that it is one of the biggest phone company or the biggest one ..but still some places you go you cant recieve phone calls or texts ..it is terrible ut is time when you really need your ..i am thinking about leave.n also time.s i have had cash in my phone ..and it has been took off or over charged for somethink but iam pay as you go disgrace fone company.
