My Vodafone (Ghana)

This App has no use to me. It does not work as purported. Checking my broadband balance gives you a feedback; your account details are incorrect. However, checking it through ussd works fine. Same with easy easy package. It does not show you your balance using the app. I don't know what this app does. Basically I won't recommend it to anyone to install it. Save your memory.

I don't get it Vodafone, I can't top up using the app without a working data plan. The worst part is I don't get to bundle data either just because I run out of data plan. Do you have to charge for everything?

Not too good I can't purchase monthly bundles or recharge credit using my Vodafone app. Which makes it kinda not reliable.. Pls work on this.. Buh all the same it's ok

Tried to bundle Vodafone X for the extra 2 G data and couldn't. I called customer service 3 times and got different solutions, none of which worked. This app is terrible.

Thief, where is the 500Mb? Stop sending me massage if u know u won't give me the 500Mb Data .... Am waiting to receive my 500Mb Data now........ Otherwise, i will delete this up now..... Moreover, I will rate 5 star

One can't log in now to old account that has already been created. Even when registering a new number, one is unable to. An activation code is sent to you to enter but it ends up telling you incorrect pin when you enter it. There was a time the app kept crashing when you open.

Can't bundle Vodafone x using the App. Uninstalled and installed twice(advice from customer care) but still couldn't bundle. Complete waste

Blasted app, can't sign up, errors, forgotten password will also not work, I should've read the reviews well before...I wouldn't downloaded... Of there're managers supervising this, they should do well to re-test the whole app, you cannot have so many bad reviews

I'm unable to buy Vodafone x bundles with the app and that's the main reason I downloaded the app. Address this and I'll give you 5 stars.

Thieves...... You said 500 mb after sign up... I was getting most of my friends to switch to ur network..... Downloading just the app costs more than 30 mb.. I'm leaving the network myself, I can't work with liars

This is very bad You said you will give me bonus when I bundle in the app. I never got anything. Sorry but I don't have any use for this app anymore. Don't promise something if you can't fulfill it

I bundle credit through dis app n I didn't get any bonus as they promise ..i made a complain to der center ba they said they ar not seeing anything dat I bundle credit through the app. First time using it using it such a disappointment.

Vodafone has finally fixed the log in glitches and data issues. Makes for a better user experience and looking forward to even more functionality...

I've used it, it worked fine but one time I was using an out dated version I had issues I contacted their help line and they helped me.... I will encourage all of us to do same if we have any challenge cheers

It is a very good app. Grace to the developers. It could have been perfect if the user can access his/her phone book and make call or send messages and files through it. Thanks.

Useless, just useless, and I've wasted a precious hour on it, hoping it will work on the next try, i wish i had read the reviews before i downloaded it, i would never wasted my time and data.

This is really bad why should I download this app and tells me I have a wrong username or password when you just sent a password

Why is that whenever you forget password and try to reset the code sent is always invalid.. Even sometimes during registration too you have to try several time to get it right

The app is somewhat useful when you can login, other than that it's a waste of time

Used to be good, but it seems like it cannot connect to the internet without a working data plan. Good innovation though. It said it connects to the internet free of charge but I wonder why it can't connect when my data bundle is finished.

Not a reliable app. Even when u have a working data you still can't top up credit with the app..... That's bad

This app wont let me topup, nor purchase bundle... Yet i call customer care and they tell you, its working...what a hexk

This app obviously needs more work. I don't know how you expect me to use the Broadband feature is my FBB username is case sensitive and the app only allows capital letters? Besides that, it's a good app. #WorkInProgress

Vodafone Ghana needs to be sued. it's deceptive and the most useless app on google play store.

Please update the app to include the monitoring of Vodafone One accounts. Also the app should be free to access and not dependent on data. How can you recharge your account via the app when you are out of credits and without data on the phone??

Useless app. Fields for entering FBB user ID are set only for numbers when the user id is in letters. Couldn't even check my balance
