I am absolutely appalled at the service I have received. Not only did I order my reward voucher in the summer of 2016 but was asks a month later to change due to system failure. I choose another. 2 months later I still had not received my voucher then I was asked again what my change of voucher was (asos) and not a word back since then. Disgraceful service.

It's a good app overall but it takes way too long to process claims, this should be sorted out and the staff should be able to give a reasonable reply for once as it's usually just them repeating themselves in a different way.

The Morrison's offer was publicised as a permanent offer, and has since disappeared. If there was too many people using it, say that there are limited numbers and that there are none left. Making such a well publicised offer disappear, whilst still being available on the Morrison's tills, makes it look like your app's buggy.

I like the UniDays thing in general , and the iPhone app for it is very good . But on my Huawei P8 , it is god-awful . It is unusably slow , the menus stutter while swiping through the app , you cant share the discount code without it crashing your phone , and its just generally terrible Would give 5 out of 5 , if they improved the app , cause right now its terrible . Use it from the internet , rather than the app

What's new?! It no longer works. The loading screen just says that "we're having technical issues, please try later". Tried on WIFI, 4G, tried restarting my phone, reinstalling the app... No good. :( UPDATE: I managed to get it to work eventually. - Uninstall the app - Restart phone - Reinstall the app - Clear app cache and data
