Charter Communications, Time Warner Cable and Bright House Networks are now one company, and soon you’ll get to know us by the name Spectrum. This app is for customers in the former Time Warner Cable service area.
Use My TWC® mobile app to manage your account and services, including review and pay your bill, get detailed billing information, check and troubleshoot equipment, manage your service/technician appointments and access Home Phone voicemail.

Installed on a pixel XL with 7.1.2 and it won't open. Crashes Everytime. My FiOS app worked perfectly. I dont use social media and it appears that is the only way they do support. They also don't realize many people are having the same issue and they aren't doing anything.

I wanted to forward my home phone while I was on the road. Could not do it online from the normal site, after installing the app I was able to get into my account and forward my landline to my cell. I then used the app to scout around my account and it worked fine for me.

This app was great until last week. There was a complete outage from time warner for the neighborhood. Could be they are not related, but since then the app takes forever to open or crashes.

As far as the app goes it is good but not OMG good. You can do everything from the app that you can do online at their site. Customer Service sucks I used the chat and got a rep who was about as helpful as banging my head against the wall would have been.

Fooled every time. I only pull this app out when I'm troubleshooting why my internet is not working. Yet this app does not show any outages in my area. No, for that info, I have to call. This app would be useful to pay bills, but I use autopay. If only this app had a report outage button and notified you that others in your area have reported outages and that they are working to fix the problem.
