Grab is simply the best and so convenience because it's been a while I've been in Malaysia and I've seen hell from the so called MyTeksi drivers who cheats on metre. They shout at you when you try to make complain and also want to drop you on a lonely road side. Grab is a God sent. Keep it up guys

Grab car very the best ever...very easy to use, the price is not to high and there are no extra charges fees if we are stuck on jammed and use the different ways....we also dont have to wait for along time, they will arrive between 10minutes below...grab car also very cmfrtble and its safe to our safety,.provide the driver profile ..its only on our fingertips...anytime we can booked it ..its awesomeeee

Your drivers have no discipline. They are always cancelling rides after at least 10 minutes of wait time and always the same excuse - breakdown. So u guys suck.

The gps is horrible. Cant tag the condominium,and the driver also cant locate us and cancel the booking

I drive or take LRT everywhere due to my bad past experiences with taxis,but when I am out of KL and need to use this,it is very useful. Fare is cheap and app is easy to use. Keep it up!
