Twenty Trees

Have you ever wondered how many trees are in your car – probably not, but we did, then we wrote an app to work it out because we’re a little bit lazy, and we just thought it would be cool way to raise environmental awareness.


As it turns out oil is made from prehistoric plants, not dinosaurs (childhood ruined!). Twenty Trees calculates the number of trees you used on any given journey and presents the information in a fun and relatable way.


All you need to know is how many miles you did and your average miles-per-gallon (it also works for you sensible people using kilometeres, just don’t mix and match miles and kilometeres-per-gallon or it may blow up and end the world, or just throw an error and crash, we’re not entirely sure as we were too scared to test it).
