They have never seen a serial number in their life. Or only one that was all numbers. I enter in title with full keyboard function . Then I go to put in a serial number and it only gives me number options. I work in anpawn broker which is why I thought this app would be great as serials is key to finding goods when stolen.. probably 95% of the items that come in have letters and numbers. First item I picked up in my house had letters and numbers..... Until this changes I rate 1 star simply for the idea..
